T n store is a waste of MONEY AND TIME. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE.

Fast delivery by Allegro, but the product is supposed to be new and you can see that the packaging has been opened and the equipment is probably used. Lint and dirt on the in-ear headphones. Two days after ordering, the price of the same product is reduced. Not cool. Unpleasant surprise.

Avoid a wide berth. While the purchase itself is reasonably organized, any complaint is a torment, not to say - a struggle. Complete lack of competence, falsehood, lies. I do not recommend shopping there, because if you find an emergency product, it is guaranteed neurosis

I advise against any purchase in Neo24. I ordered a clothes dryer with a connector and assembly service.
The first problem appeared after ordering and payment. I chose the delivery date and of course no information. On the day of delivery, I call the hotline and they are surprised with the order and that they will call you back. Of course, they did not call back, so the next day, another call to the hotline and the delivery date set 4 days later than I chose (they ask themselves to pay for choosing a specific date, which they are not able to meet hehehe.
The assembly service is provided by an external company, so contacting them was fine - we made an appointment for a specific time. The gentlemen came and it turned out that the connector is damaged and there will be no assembly.
Of course, I have to advertise myself, because the external company is not for it, so not only did I have to advertise the service in Neo24, but also contact the company that was supposed to carry out the assembly to get the acceptance protocol. Of course, Neo24 did not express even an iota of activity and I had to do everything myself.
It's been a week since the problem was reported and I only got one message asking me to attach photos !!!! I am with a wardrobe unfolded, a dryer in the room and an unrealized assembly service I paid for. Of course, the hotline has no information about the status of the complaint and they repeat the message about 14 days to consider the case - nothing that the fault is entirely on their side. The only contact is via email - of course there is no reply to the message.
In conclusion, Neo24 has the customer in the nose and only cares that you pay with the order and then do it yourself.

I do not recommend, I waited 1.5 months for the printer, which finally did not arrive and I received an e-mail that I should wait another month or they propose another, incidentally, instead of a better one, then a worse one. I advise against any purchases because they are frivolous and it is a waste of nerves. I hope that at least I will not wait 1.5 months for the refund, but only 3 days, as informed by phone.

Disaster, words fail. They don't reply properly-stuff of worst quality- if you want to buy from this company then waste of money.

Don't buy in this store! The following reasons:
- THE GOODS CAME PACKAGED IN THE MANUFACTURER'S PACKING ONLY!
- It turned out that it does not work .. ok, it can happen, but COMPLAINT is a torment, NO CONTACT with complaints consultants, they rarely respond to e-mails,
- when calling the hotline of the sales department, someone always answers after a few minutes, and you have to wait at least half an hour to call the complaint hotline !!!
- when, after many attempts, I managed to get through, I was picked up by a lady who looks like a pensioner who is sitting at the computer for the second time, if I had not obtained information from her (contact to the service center), she would not have helped me !!!
- the invoice came with a delay, I had to remind myself by phone,
- people are worth paying a few zlotys more in another store and have peace of mind later if something happens to your equipment ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

The Neo24.pl store sells products that were previously unpacked and damaged. I totally do not recommend this seller. Enclosed are photos of the box and the purchased Amica hood. The box was taped together with brown tape and the hood was damaged. This proves that the product was second-class.
