This is an amazing company. NTEC has great customer support and employees.
When I moved to mondovi I only had a choice between frontier or ntec. Unfortunately I started out with frontier. Frontier never showed up to my house. But still charged me. It wasn t until I contacted the FCC that they canceled my account and got a refund.
When I called NTEC, they had an actual person answer the phone and set up an appointment the day after. The employee that came to our house showed us what to do if anything went wrong and was very informative. He didn t try to upsell us and had plenty of experience.
NTEC is local and focused on customer service. I don t have to deal with phone transfers or automated messages when I call them. They don t jack up your rates or hide extra fees in your bill. You can pay for their router or have your own. I have a $60 router and consistently receive 50mbps throughout the day.
If you live in mondovi whatever you do don t get frontier. They ll make your life miserable. Get NTEC. They re worth every penny.
