I have been a customer of Nelson Telephone Cooperative for several years now and I must say that their service is simply average. While their internet speeds are decent, I have encountered frequent outages which can be quite frustrating. The customer support is also just okay, nothing exceptional. Overall, the company provides an average level of service.
