This bank is avoided. For 3 years I always repaid the lease on time, and the interest was still charged. After its completion, it turned out that there was an overpayment of PLN 850. Personally, I was in the bank and you assured that within a month the money would be on my account. It's been 9 months and I can't get my money back.

I do not recommend. I submitted a complaint on the promotion "banking bonus" because I did not receive PLN 50, and I met the conditions. Unfortunately, almost a month has passed and many emails sent and nothing - keep answering that my case is being verified. I don't know what to verify here. The internet platform often hangs while making a transfer, a red message pops up saying that an error has occurred and enter the data again from the beginning. I would not recommend defeat to anyone !!!
A nightmare bank. They advertise as the best bank for business and are the worst. Once I almost slept in a cloud in the US, because "the best bank for business" does not have 24-hour service. Now a similar situation when renting a car in the UK. Each time I saved myself with a card from a different bank. Why bother with it then?
Nice service, but you have to wait. Employees have trouble accessing a system that freezes or does not work.
Being on a conversation a few months ago regarding EU funds, I was given a client file, without informing me that such a file would be created. Nor about the fact that I will no longer be able to set up deposits dedicated to 'new clients'. (Despite not having any IdeaBank products. The visit to delete my data from Idea Bank lasted ... attention ... 1.5 hours! Opening another deposit hour! If you don't have anything to do with your free time, Idea Bank is the perfect place to lose it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I have never been to the branch, but recent contacts with the bank forced me to issue such an opinion. Nothing can be done, they require scans of documents sent by e-mail because they are out of date, but it did not bother anyone if they wanted my cash ... I do not recommend
I do not recommend it, I even advise against it. In general, the bank trick people into various fees that were not supposed to be, by introducing changes to the table of fees that are written in small print, which cannot be verified (e.g. ATM withdrawals in Poland are free and after a few months only 5 free withdrawals, each subsequent payable). In the facility itself, there are always "failures", they require tons of documents to get anything done, the hotline is hopeless and they cannot settle any matter. Despite repeatedly resigning from everything I have, after calling the hotline they say that I did not give such instructions. Bank of the tricksters.
