Purchased commenrative ship hats for my father back in '92 and President Bush's visit to Jax. Though neither are still alive, my father's hat is still going strong! Great quality product and professional service. The number one supplier for the DOD.

this is a real stand out company that is on the move to amazing and great things. some of the new art and designs are cutting edge for the market and they are constantly evolving. highly recommend and love there stellar products so far!!!!!!!

I've dealt with this business before. Terrible Company! Shoddy merchandise! Cheap fabrics. Uncreative graphics, boring designs. They repeatedly use recycled clip-art that I'm pretty sure is copyrighted. Spoke to a few former employees that tell me it is a horrible place to work. Beyond your basic office politics. Extreme favoritism from sleeping with the boss type stuff. Especially from their art department. I hear they have to rehire constantly, from people quitting, because of it. Which explains their crappy artwork. Their embroidery is tacky and uninspired. Luckily there are other options out there for you to choose from that I highly recommend.

I have been a customer since 1990 and in the last few years this company seems to have gone down the drain. I have orders with them since August 2019 and it is 5 months later and cannot even get a response from them. I placed an order for custom caps for our reunion 3 months in advance and it was less than 3 weeks prior to the reunion when, after MANY calls, they told me that they could not meet the deadline!
They have sent me caps that I didn't order; they charged me a tariff without prior notification; and have never notified me of a shipment.
I would not recommend Eagle Crest to anyone.

Why have a website if you cant order through it and almost everything is out of stock? Tried multiple times to order wholesale for my stores and was never called back by the self proclaimed owner Todd. I'm taking my business elsewhere because obviously they don't care about making high dollar sales. If you're reading this- spend your money somewhere else. I should have listened to their bad reviews- they're right.
