I brought my laptop in because it wasn't charging ...

I brought my laptop in because it wasn't charging and the guy at the front desk gave it back to me after a few hours saying the battery had 'residual charge' and charged me 60 dollars for the service. I continued to suffer with my laptop not charging.

I noticed a few weeks later that the charger cable was actually frayed, but the guy at the front desk had specifically told me my charger was fine. As soon as I replaced the charger, the problem was fixed.

Just a complete waste of 60 dollars.

I was very happy with the service I received from Neighborhood Tech Support. The got the job done, efficiently and with excellent skills and patience for this nontechnical person. Thank you Rob and William!

William, is the best, at Neighborhood Tech Support...

William, is the best, at Neighborhood Tech Support! I came in off of yelp and my computer would not power on. As a in home sales rep I need this tool to be effective. William showed me a great trick to reset the Lap Top, he very easily could have taken advantage of my situation. I'm thankful to have met an honest buissness that cares about the customer!!!!

They actually opens earlier than 10. I was here at 8am and one guy opened the door at 8:22. Fixed my problems in 20mins. 80 bucks charged. It's something about BIOS setting. Easy money I guess. Lol. The guy seems lack of patience, I understand some customer always ask stupid questions like what I might have asked. But. Hey, it's kind of your job to let people know what is going on and pay for it. I choose this place only because it is close to me and have fairly good rating. I'm pretty sure an more friendly attitudes would make a huge differences compares to all the negatively reviews about unfriendly attitude. It could be a 3 stars. But I gave 4 for the early opening.

Pathetic. The guy banged around my laptop whichthe owner should watch on the surveilance vid if there is any. This is after I kindly told the guy upon entering that the door was open in case the little office dog got out -The guy snapped at me and said t"not for me to worry about" as if a courteous gesture was offensive. He misquoted the prices and also was one of the most irritable people I've dealt with.

Update*** the owner called me to make amends upon seeing the review, the behavior was unacceptable in ANY industry,b glad that corrective action was taken by the owner so I'm awarding 4 stars.
