I brought my laptop in because it wasn't charging ...

I brought my laptop in because it wasn't charging and the guy at the front desk gave it back to me after a few hours saying the battery had 'residual charge' and charged me 60 dollars for the service. I continued to suffer with my laptop not charging.

I noticed a few weeks later that the charger cable was actually frayed, but the guy at the front desk had specifically told me my charger was fine. As soon as I replaced the charger, the problem was fixed.

Just a complete waste of 60 dollars.
