If you shoot film, it's the place to go in Paris for development and scan. They have a lot of work so sometimes miscommunication can occur but once you talk to them, all gets sorted out. The service is great.

Been looking for a good film lab in Paris and I m very happy to have found this place. Very friendly staff and their film processing is high quality and incredibly fast. Will definitely be coming here for all my future film developing.

I ordered a customized frame online. They called me back a few days after to offer me a refund or changing the type of frame. I decided to take the refund but after 2 months and a few emails they never responded.

Very professional, and great quality scans. I felt that it was weird that both color films and B&W cost the same (seeing that B&W is done by hand). However I think it s a fair price for both specially for the quality you are getting. I left my films on Tuesday afternoon and got them the next day. For Paris, this is a very fast service. I should add that the staff were helpful as well. I highly recommend this place.

Horrible service. I dropped off several rolls for development at one time and four had a photo at the end that was cut in HALF, and several others were scratched/damaged. I went back to complain, and the guy working there told me I didn't understand, that it was actually my fault, and when I said, in all the years I ve been developing film, I've never had any other lab do the things he described, he responded with . Try Reportage Image at place Jacques Bonsergent or Processus on rue de la Roquette instead.
