One to One is a great place to work and to workout at! The staff has worked very hard to develop protocols that are keeping our staff and members safe! The staff is constantly cleaning and disinfecting and the members are doing a great job with this as well! I am so excited to be back at work!

Our virtual classes are awesome! The instructors are offering a variety of great classes and it is so nice to see so many friends on Zoom every week! I teach four classes each week, and I love seeing all of my wonderful friends! We have all created such a tight bond during this time, and I am proud to be a part of the One to One family!

Have loved their online Zoom classes during the COVID quarantine - the whole staff has been extremely flexible and I love how dedicated they all are!

Great gym. Very clean with good service. Personal trainers are also very experienced and knowledgeable. Facilities can be a little small and crowded during busy times. Otherwise has all the equipment anyone could want!

The real perk of joining One-to-One is the unparalleled customer service. Every time I arrive, I am consistently greeted with a smile and a sincere hello. If I have a question or concern, management, especially Bryn, the director, is always right on top of it. She finds a way to make every guest feel like an integral part of the One-to-One fitness experience to maximize the experience. The employees often appear to take great pride in their work, especially in terms of cleanliness. There is always someone with a rag or a broom in hand to ensure the highest sanitary considerations. Although the facility is older and could you some upgrades in terms of the group fitness space, all-in-all, it's a wonderful environment and one I would strongly encourage checking out. As I relocate from Cleveland, I will miss the One-To-One experience.

I really enjoy many group fitness classes at One to One. The teachers are engaging, and they make me feel compelled to keep showing up. With the recent shutdown and implementation of virtual classes, I have been able to take just as many -- or more -- classes! Thank you!

Very helpful staff. Plenty of classes to choose from, sauna. Nice amenities, free coffee & chocolate. Plenty of trainers if you have questions. CLEAN!!! Love it

Facility is always clean. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. They have a wide range of updated equipment.

Mask policies are ridiculous and they won t let me cancel my membership unless I pay half of what it would cost for the year. Planet fitness is cheaper, cleaner, and they actually let you workout go there!

I love one to one fitness. The staff is nice and it's a clean gym. The reason why I'm giving the two star rating, is due to the water in the bathrooms being cold and the facility being cold as well. You build up a nice sweat and you have fans or ac blowing directly on you. I prefer to stay warm or have a subtle temperature, during my workouts. I can see if it's summer, but it's winter time.
