HORRIBLE customer service. Tried to purchase something online and the order kept rejecting supposedly due to their "fraud alarms". Are you kidding me??? For a $50 jacket?!!! I called and spoke with customer service to no avail. He was extremely rude and made it as though it was my fault and rushed me off the phone. How condescending, unprofessional and just plain ignorant can you be to someone who's trying to actually PURCHASE from your store?? Makes absolutely no sense.
UPDATE: 9/9/19 Despite the store's reply that someone from the customer service team was "doing research to figure out what's causing the problem and would connect with me," I have yet to hear anything from them. This is what i mean by HORRIBLE customer service.
