They don't care about you or your needs No emergency appointments when needed

Have been waiting for 2 1/2 hours in the parking lot, only one staff member has even remembered about the appointment/us (thank you, Cheri). For people who rely on this for their medication, this is absurdly unacceptable and we will be looking at other options even if it does break the bank. We got here at 8:45am and have not been able to leave yet and it's now past 11:30am. Please consider fixing this issue, I'm sure the patients here would greatly appreciate that.

The lady I talked to was just plain lazy. I asked her for a list of marriage counselors in the area and she told me I had to call my insurance company. I know they have a list because a week ago mywife called and they helped her.Now the lady says they can't. Smh good thing my wife and I are working it out inlkour own or else our marriage would be doomed

The patient s are just a dollar sign to them, nothing more!
