I have bought the rides registration 2019 two weeks ago and now there is an action, Nedsoft is so customer friendly to refund difference, SUPER service.
After I kept my journey registration manually during the first few days of January, I went looking for an automatic system. Via Google I ended up at Nedsoft. They offer different products on their website and I did not quite figure that out. That is why I spoke to an employee from Nedsoft and I had good advice as to which package I could choose best. I started using the system this week and am very happy that I no longer have to disk. In this way I want to thank the man on the phone for the good support and the fast service. Thanks!

This company has been sponsoring Truckrun Rotterdam for a couple of years with a GPS tracking system. The cooperation is fine and they also think along with it. Installation was a piece of cake, so we could continue with the car quickly enough. Then received extensive explanation about the use. Top service.
Everything went well until the GPS recorder suddenly stopped working after a short vacation of a week .. nice fast help desk but the device was still defective and journeys could no longer be traced. That was sour. New received but you are not waiting in that hole in your Admin .. so when you start, make frequent backups!

This software is full of errors and therefore journeys are sometimes not registered. So if you want to risk a huge fine, then use this system. Unfortunately, I have had to experience that cheap is expensive. It is better to use an app for a few euros or to write it down by hand, you will end up spending less time with it. I also worked with Ritty for a while, but there too sometimes journeys are skipped.
Currently I work with RitAssist, costs a bit more but works great. In addition to the fact that the black box is always on and fully automatically imports the trips, you can make a so-called CAN bus connection with your car, making correction trips a thing of the past. Absolutely great!
Program no longer worked, emailed in the evening and the next morning an email with a link for the latest software.

Software package crashes upon installation.
Despite the ordered Osx version, a Windows manual was included. Does not offer a solution.
I asked Nedsoft to reverse the purchase. They refuse this despite the law prescribing that internet purchases can always be canceled within 8 days.
Nedsoft will no longer hear anything. They have my money and leave me with a non-working package.
