I ordered a cheese pizza and when we got it home it was dry with no sauce on it. I called back and let them know that our pizza had no sauce on it and that I'd like another cheese pizza, freshly made, with sauce on it. My husband went to get it and they charged us for a one topping pizza, so they wanted &9 for a cheese pizza with sauce on it. My husband asked to speak to the manager and he was a teenager, maybe a 20 year old, who had an attitude and did not care. We will not be ordering pizza at Little Caesars ever again. Especially the one on Moana.

I asked the kid behind the counter to double cut the 2 pizzas I got and he had them double cut only one. I will just have to be more specific next time. I love Little Cesar's!
Sorry but this place is bad. They always mess up my orders, the place is dirty and the staff just don't care. I know many people who got sick. Just not worth the chance.
It's kind of disappointing to go into one chain (yet, franchised) location and they have a certain pizza you can order and they don't at this one. Pretzel stuffed crust pepperoni is a big seller for the other location but I guess they don't want to put in the time to appease the rest of the possible menu choices.
Seriously, it's really just a matter of the cheddar cheese sauce and butter washed crust with ground salt. I'm not sure why it's that much more effort to stock and produce.
The floor was filthy dirty like they haven t cleaned it in a while. As well, when I was ordering a pizza I got half pineapple half pepperoni extra toppings on both sides and extra sauce. Not too complicated fairly simple and the girl asked what we wanted more than 5 times and took about 8 minutes just to take our order. I understand there may be a learning curve but have someone stand up there with her so she learns! Like goodness! I mean have some respect for your shop. It may just be little caesars but still have some respect.
Update *** the cashier girl after all that rung us up wrong and then the manager got super heated and said we had to pay the difference. I got frustrated not over the price because it wasn t much but the pizza was now finished and they didn t want to give it to us until we paid extra. Umm no. They finally let us have the pizza after I explained I m not paying for their mistake. Have someone stand with your rep!
I run through ro grab a hot pizza on Friday nights. It's quick and easy. Just wish they hadn't taken away the bacon crust pizza. That stuff was awesome!
This location is the worst one I've ever been to. I waited over 30 minutes for the same pizza I watched multiple other people walk out with. I did notice that I was the only white person that came in the entire time I was there including the people I got a ride with and they got their pizza, which was the same as mine, right away while I waited over 30 minutes. How does that work?
Very little cheese on the pizza. I ve come here several times and the last time would be my last visit. Employees suck on making and cutting pizzas. Toppings are not equally distributed and the sizes of pizza slices is either too big and some are too small. The employees need to be retrained and reinforce their knowledge.
They need more staff. One cook and one guy to cover the packaging and sales at the counter. He almost gave my pizza to someone else. Other than that, great pizza!!
What people don't understand about pizza is that you score it on quality divided by cost. In this metric, you literally can't beat Little Caesars. It's $5 pizza that tastes actually good. I don't ever have issues with service and don't mind waiting if they don't have any "hot and ready" because right out of the oven is when they are best. If you want fancy pizza go somewhere else but if you want bang for your buck and not eating garbage, Little Caesars is head and shoulders above the rest.
me: may a please have a $5 hot and ready meal? them: oh we don't have that ready, it will be 6-7 minutes. me: no thanks, can I have a hulu pizza? them: we don't have that ready me: really? I'll have cinnamon bites and a pepperoni pizza. them: sorry we don't have any cinnamon bites ready.

Always fast, reasonable, my kids prefer this pizza over the frozen pizza and all other brands! Thr cheey garlic bread is my yop choice!! Especially since I'm vegetarian!
The pizza sauce was expired also they don't put that much pepperoni on it they take it out of the pan and put it in the box and leave the Box wide open for it to get cold so when they hand it to me it was very cold I will never ever go to This Little Caesars again they suck
the one is the best thus far, the one at north towne is a negative because the whole return of the 5 dollar pizza but when we had to take one back here the girl was soooo, nice and it was like no problem and 9/10 times it is mmmmm....hot and fresh. it's clean unlike the downtown one, i really try and not go to that one and the north towne was also to be desired. Although the return at the north towne little caesars was a real grind and cost me more than the 5 dollar pizza actually it ended up being 2 pizzas because 1 had been fresh and the other a few days old(ok, not factually 2 days old but it tasted as though it was)and in trying to get the one straight the other was turning so i wanted them both returned..anyway the kid was nice but that process was a nightmare. anyway the moana lil caesars girl was so no hassle, we are sorry we will make it right and she went above and beyond what was necessary. To where i am thinking "it's ok, really, it is not like you switched twins in the nursery at a hospital, it's only a bit funky pizza. I am coming back regardless, i love their pizza, but she made me love this lil caesars experience.

I normally have a good experience. But this time it was not. I called my order in and the lady on the phone was rude and kept asking me if I was done ordering. I said no. Then I get to the store and I said I called my order in and my name is Haley. Well the box I took says Haleen...... it wouldn't be a huge deal but I felt she didn't care about customer service.
Picked up a pizza here about 3 days ago and the next day ended up getting food poisoning. I'm pretty sure not everyone thats works there washes there hands do not recommend going to this location
I love Little Caesars for the good deals but now you can order online very easily and when you get there it's ready you pick it up and go. Employees are great and I've never had a bad experience
Aside from the overwhelming smell of rat feces, you also have to wait for your pizza. This place is garbage, only eat here if you must. Management doesn't see the problems.
Sold me a 3 meat pizza that was ready made, told me it was fresh. Got it home and the crust was hard and the cheese dried up. Don't believe anything they say.
I order a custom made stuffed crust supreme pizza online on the Moana Ln location online to be picked on to portal paid for it extra to be made the way I wanted. I get to pick my order up and is not in the portal and is not a stuffed crust like I order and paid for not happy at all...,
Arrived on 12/4 @ 4:35 and waited 15 minutes for ONE pepperoni pizza. NO receipt for the purchase, NOTHING. Got home, opened the box and there was hardly ANY cheese! Crust and pepperoni, basically! I called the store when I get home (I live in Sparks) and got an argument from the kid that answered the phone that, "the cheese is pre-mesaured".....like, ZERO cheese!? He said if I brought the pizza back, he would give me another one, I LIVE 30 MINUTES AWAY and picked it up on my way home from work! Soooo, I will NEVER spend my $ with them again and if YOU do, OPEN THE BOX & LOOK AT THE PIZZA BEFORE YOU TAKE IT! I will continue to spend my hard earned $ with Pizza Plus in Sparks = PERFECT EVERY TIME!
I took a chance and decided to eat it was the best experience I've had until it wasn't. It's not your fault Mr Little Caesar I got some teeth work that need to be done but after biting into the crust and feeling like I almost passed out because of the pain I realized... that was the last final meal that I was going to have before I get these teeth pulled. #worth
I've gotten food poison here 2 times. I refuse to ever eat here again. My husband and daughter decided to grab a pizza for lunch and got food poison yesterday. Stay away, especially if you're pregnant.
Pizza fell out of the box outside in the parking lot. They would not replace it. Said that since it didn't fall on the ground inside their store that I was out of luck. And I got the stuffed crust pretzel pizza. Called the owner at a different number and no one has called me back. This Little Caesars is the worst pizza place in Reno.
