I recently started working at this tech company and I must say it's been a great experience so far. The work culture is fantastic, and the projects are challenging. The team is supportive, which makes the work environment very positive.
Have tried multiple times to get a status update on an order submitted three weeks ago. Customer Support stated on my first call that I would have a follow-up call within an hour on the status of shipment of product ordered which never happened. Called the same customer support line again this week with no answer. Have left multiple voice mails regarding shipment of product ordered which have gone unanswered.
I only give them one star because there is no way to give them negative or zero. They say they support AF customers, but may be they need to know what support means. We ordered four laptops from this junk company after we received quotes from several other companies and their quote was lowest. Lesson learned, never go with the cheapest bidder because you will get really CHEAP service if any. They said 90 days lead time, well it is close to 30 days over that 90 days and we have not received anything. Then they go up on the cost per item. Yes, they don't deliver when they say they will and they increase the price too, that's great customer service NOT. On top of that we don't get status on anything until we ask for it, like we have nothing else to do. Spoke to a supervisor too who made false promise of delivering the four laptops by a certain date and did not fulfill it. Now he is on every email where we request status so he is aware that we have still not received anything and does nothing to support their AF customers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.
