My company is advanced Pools llc that is owed $16,500 from crystal clear pools, it s been longer than 6 months and I refuse to put liens on customers homes. These guys are crooks and I suggest you don t get involved bc if they cannot pay their subs then you will not get a complete pool in a timely manner. Good luck
They are only getting one star because there is not an option to give anything lower. DO NOT USE this pool company. Despite that fact that the pool builders knew she was dying of brain cancer, they told us that it would be done in a few months. They signed a contract on July 5, 2018, did not start the build until September 10, 2018 and have worked an average of about 1 day every 5-6 weeks. We are now in February of 2019 and still no where close to a finished product. There is zero communication from the owner or builder and our precious family member who was paying for the pool passed away December 12, 2018. We are desperate to get this thing finished but are having to seek legal action to get it done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Wish I didn t have to put a star, because they are NOT deserving of even one. Please do NOT use this company- there are far greater and ethically moral companies out there that WILL have your best interest in mind. Crystal Clear will take the larger portions of money due then complete the work solely on their time without response to texts or calls. Once the job becomes smaller and less owed to them they will become unresponsive, leaving you without a completed job or in our case- offer to do a multi-day process in one day (quality sacrifice). We learned from other families who had similar stories that many sub-contractors were not paid timely or at all. This company has or had many complaints against them due your homework and check BBB and other sites for reviews. We are thankful for the contractor we found who came in and completed the mess started and NEVER finished by Crystal Clear.
Crystal Clear Pools are amazing. I was impressed with their attention to detail, knowledge of their industry, quick response time, and friendly staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your pool installation or repair needs.
We signed a contract in May 2017 with the false hope that our pool might be complete by the end of July. When we finally heard nothing about starting construction and called to request our deposit back, we got a call that they would begin construction the very end of July. Now after paying over 80% and almost 6 months of construction, our pool is not complete. When we do get a phone call back from the company, we are given false hope that it will be completed "by the end of the week". We've heard the same promise about 3 times now. Not only do we not have the pool but we are unable to use our yard due to the state it's been left in. We really just want it finished.
Jeff and Butch recently completed a 20x40 inground vinyl pool which exceeds my expectations. I get it, they may not always answer the phone right that minute, however Jeff always got back to me. The concrete guys are amazing and great electrical service too. I will and have recommended them to my friends, family and neighbors. In fact, one of my neighbors recommended crystal clear pool company rather than the company they used. Jeff has been out one time to change a breaker and I fact he showed up within a hour. Thank you guys for a great experience. Well done!
These guys took a deposit of $4500 in February and I cant reach them on the phone. Would love to talk to anyone else who has had the same issues with these guys
Families beware low bids to get your business. Contracted Jan 30th June 30th we had to hire a new someone else to finish our pool. Cost way more to fix all the things that were not done properly. Worst pool company I have ever dealt with. Poor communication , delays delays. Would not give them a star but one is required to review.
This pool company has horrible communication. They have been working on building our pool for three months and we basically have a concrete hole in our yard. They don t return messages and do not care for any concerns customers have. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!! If there was a way to give zero stars I would. I should have listened to everyone else that told me this company was horrible.

I hired Crystal Clear to build my pool and I am completely satisfied! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a pool installed. It was a fast build at my request but they did an excellent job and their attn to detail really shows. I have to say Rosco & Jeff were amazing and answered all my questions or concerns.
I had a 18x36 pool installed and it was affordable and beautiful. It was quick an easy. I've heard some terrible stories about other pool companies. I trust them completely.
Crystal Clear communicated well throughout the entire process. They were their to help anytime I called Jeff or Butch. Years later Butch still answers the phone when I call and has been more than helpful anytime I call.
If I could give no stars I would! They are ridiculous and should not be allowed to be in business. Horrible customer service and will not repair defects from poor installation. Do not use them!
Fast to build your pool and take your money; never calls back for repairs. If you want to build your pool fast, this is the place. If you need service of any kind, I suggest taking your business elsewhere. One experience: our in-ground vinyl had a leak; I called them. Woman took message and said someone would call us on Monday (it was Friday and the service ppl do not work weekends, apparently). Turns out they're closed Mondays, too. Wednesday passes; husband calls. Woman takes message. Following week, I go to the store and speak with the worker- she shows me the email she sent to the repair guy...a week ago. She says he may have called us, but he never leaves messages. I told her no one called, as I checked my caller ID every single day to be sure. She called him in front of me, and left a message with my cell number. No one called. That was 3 weeks ago. They were very aware the pool in question was built by them, and we were not expecting any FREE service, as all warranties were expired. I even agreed it was a busy time of year, but that was no excuse for the lack of followup. $32,000 must be the magic number that makes their phones work.
Crystal Clear Pools converted our pool to salt water, installed a Polaris, & has maintained our pool for a few years. Jeff & Mike are quick to respond to any of our pool needs. I would highly recommend Jeff & his team for pool installation & pool maintenance.
I bought a pool from Butch at crystal Clear in 2016, just today I had an issue with the pump not working properly. Called Butch and he walked me through the repair process over the phone, for him to take the time 2 yrs after he was paid for this pool and walk me through it speaks volumes to his character. He could have charged me to send someone out to simply bleed an air pocket out of the pump. Huge thanks to Butch and Crystal Clear!! Thank you sir!
The worst experience ever, had gunite pool installed 3 years ago. While still under warranty, I noticed the concrete decking was settling bad, coming off the tile, causing severe trip hazards around back side of pool. Butch stated they would correct the issue, they wanted to let it settle more, that was over 2 years ago. Zero communication from Butch or Jeff. How do stay in business with this kind of customer service. I got 100's of pictures showing their terrible work. It is embarrassing to have family and friends over and seeing the shape the pool is it. Entire backside of pool has gaps in tile and concrete! Also forgot to mention, broke up my driveway and sidewalk with their equipment, even though I had purchased all this plywood to protect it from cracking, did not need it, did not care, not their problem! Hopefully, Google will remove this sorry company from their list of recommended pool installers!
If you like shoddy grading and a complete lack of integrity, this is the place for you. They did great until they had all my money. Once paid in full, it was like pulling teeth to get them to answer the phone. They were supposed to put salt in my pool that was included with the $37k price tag, but that never happened. My pool started flooding after every hard rain and Jeff said, "yeah, we will be out there tomorrow." That happened over and over, and he said, "I promise I will answer your call tomorrow." Needless to say, we never heard back from them. I had to pay someone else to finish the grading work. Take your business elsewhere even if it costs a little more. Its worth it on the back end.
Butch and the crew did an outstanding job installing my Inground Pool. Very professional, easy to work with and accommodating. I choose this company because they didn't try to over sell me and were price competitive. They did an outstanding job and left my yard/pool area neat and clean. Before taking their equipment off the site they helped me with the Landscaping by placing some of the boulders they had dug up. These are good guys who worked hard to make sure my family and I were happy.
We had a great experience with Crystal Clear Pools. They also service our pool and do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.
Cost $8000.00 to fix issues Butch and Jeff left us with. Just disappeared, would not return calls or answer emails. Even during construction of our pool communication was bad at best. Plenty of other quality companies out there, use one that is more reputable.
Not reliable!! Been calling for a year and a half never responded, did installed a very expensive system but incapable of doing service when things starts showing problems! Stay away
