The H&B shops I love. It's the bad practice of online orders into stores I have a problem with. They don't take stock from the chosen store. It's packaged in bubble wrap, boxed and delivered to the store, ( even when it's an order of packets of seeds, nothing that can be broken) at what cost to the environment that concerns me. I've emailed them suggesting they pick the goods from shop stock only to have a curt response back. So not helpful at all. That's why ONE star

Appalling customer service.

Ordered Vitabiotics Wellman Max tablets in a buy one get one half price offer on the 1st March. When the package arrived on the 5th March it only contained one box but I had been charged for two.

I emailed customer services that same day.

Received an automated response 4 days later on the 9th of March giving my unique personal reference number of C1207177.

Then nothing... 9 days from receipt of the part order, the 14th March, I e-mailed again to say I had still heard nothing.

It s now the 20th March and still nothing - I ve e-mailed again this evening... it s currently 3 weeks since I placed the original order. It took them two days to take my money... if only they could send the items that quick.

Mistakes happen and they had the chance to salvage it easily enough... but I don t understand what the delay is - they ve made a simple error a million time s worse.

Nice Head office and people I met were friendly with good visitor parking.

Still taking orders during the pandemic but not delivering the goods. They take your money and do not respond to emails. Avoid!

I went to Holland and barrett Abington Street northampton to purchase some items . I walked around the store and couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked a member of staff it was a coloured gentleman . He was more bothered with texing on his phone than to deal with me . I was disgusted and unvalued as a customer I couldn't get anything out of him for help . To add to it he was dressed in tracksuit bottoms . I didn't know holland and barrett had there own gym or sports shop he looked so scruffy . I understood holland and barrett are ment to pride thereself on smartness and customer service .well there was none of this . I walked out in disgusted and took my custom somewere else were I was valued . I wont be returning here ever

Watch out! Don't buy online at Holland and Barrett during the Covid-19 pandemic. They are taking the money but not delivering the goods. They seems a ghost company nowadays. No way to contact them. They do not reply to emails or complaints. Their customers service is not working. Purchased online on March 21, and I have never received my order. Tried calling but I had no answer, tried to email and no reply. I have submitted a complaint but nothing. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I could open a case to get money back.
