Horrendous experience dealing with Ward and Ryder. My advice is to stay well away.

They dealt with my late fathers will. Not only did they never contact me and my siblings, despite chasing and chasing, it took them over 6 years to finalise the matter. At a time when you need help they offered me none.

They agreed to extend a lease on a property which has made it more onerous than the previous lease and has lead me having trouble to re mortgaging.

I complained to the Ombudsman about the company who agreed with me and found in my favour. Ward and Ryder apologised and paid some costs.

The list of complaints is too long to list.

The worst firm of professionals I have ever come across.

Awful experience using this firm to the point where I had to change solicitors during my divorce / financial proceedings. I would not recommend at all when it comes to family law.

I would have given no stars. I feel very let down and neglected by these solicitors. I was asked to find out various information about my personal injury claim which was their job and then they wasted over a year and a half to get some advice from a barrister. Not once did i feel that these solicitors were attentive. I will be making a formal complaint. Would never recommend them for anything. And to make matters worse they had the cheek to offer their services ie "wills, property".

A very proffesional solicitors a wealth of advice and information

Handled a transfer of equity and house purchase for me. Very communicative which was reassuring during the stress of the transactions. Friendly and professional staff.

I think that a great job is being done by these guys, getting my Daughter some justice. They have always kept us informed preparing for pre inquest, i am more than confident you guys will get my daughter justice even though she is no longer with us.
