Appalling customer service.

Ordered Vitabiotics Wellman Max tablets in a buy one get one half price offer on the 1st March. When the package arrived on the 5th March it only contained one box but I had been charged for two.

I emailed customer services that same day.

Received an automated response 4 days later on the 9th of March giving my unique personal reference number of C1207177.

Then nothing... 9 days from receipt of the part order, the 14th March, I e-mailed again to say I had still heard nothing.

It s now the 20th March and still nothing - I ve e-mailed again this evening... it s currently 3 weeks since I placed the original order. It took them two days to take my money... if only they could send the items that quick.

Mistakes happen and they had the chance to salvage it easily enough... but I don t understand what the delay is - they ve made a simple error a million time s worse.
