Greatly improved. Good service. Room ambiance can be improved. Good wifi.

Loved the place, good service from the entrance all through, ambiance parking, good presentations and many more. Its a must experience.

Could be because we checked in as a large group - around 150 guys. Service was slow, from catering to room service to recreation services.

Great hotel. Quiet. Big rooms. Facing beach. Better than the luxury spa hotel just stayed at for more down the beach. Complied with every request albeit with a little reluctance but, capitulated in all areas. Also cost was less. About what a mediocre hotel cost in States... so luxury at a great price.

Excellent facility. Newly refurbished rooms. Good good. Friendly staff. Keep it up. I will certainly stay with you again.

I and family visited the hotel on 21st dec to 26th dec. The reception right from the gate to the hotel was awesome. The room service was on point, food?, wacha tu especially the burgers. Unfortunately, the bar waiters were pathetic. Special thanks to the beach bar man James, waiters Benjamin Muli, Arthur Shikanga and Jonathan Sulubu whose service was very recommendable. It could not have been better without the able sir Hilary the GM and Margaret. Will be back soon.

Nyali Sun Africa has all the space you want, and has, like many hotels in the coastal town, a view of the blue ocean. They serve quality food and have warm staff members ready to help. Their rates are a bit on the higher side. They have sufficient space for conferences and other events. And oh, their swimming pool is among g the best. Big and clean!

Quality service and food. Need to improve on the bar service especially for all inclusive clients.

The staff are the stars in this hotel. They're really friendly and helpful! The hotel is nicely done and easy to move around. I stayed in the garden facing room but still had an ocean view which was a plus. The food is bland and very little variety to choose from. The main restaurant is in the middle of the hotel so all you get to see are rooms...
They need to work on their beach front grounds. It's very untidy and unkept. Was very disappointed.

Old africa charm still lingers here. Doesn't mean it hasn't got modern amenities to offer in the hospitality industry. Miss the Mvita Grill though.

I had an awesome experience.
They have an Olympic pool and easy access to the beach.
They are also located in the nyali part of mombasa county where you will get best of all other services.

This is a very well maintained place. It has 2.5 pools for kids and adults of all ages. The money you pay to access the pool is refundable with food and drinks.

You can also access the beach from this hotel. Word of caution, check the tide before paying for beach access. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel with wonderful and unique architecture and situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of Nyali Beach

The pool is really amazing deep and warm plus another pool for shallow swimmers, I enjoyed the stay.

Booked this on Expedia and my first comment is - this hotel is a far cry from the way it appears in photos on Expedia or it's own website. It's a really big hotel with big surroundings and appears may have looked really nice back in the days but now it reflects years of poor maintenance and a refusal to replace aged or damaged fittings and infrastructure. Lamps with rusted parts, rusted railings on the balcony, stained sanitary wares and non working room telephones. The premium room I booked was not even deserving of a standard room - the bathrooms were awful. I would not accept and eventually the management upgraded me to a deluxe room.

The positive things: it's got a really nice, green surrounding (lot's of trees with birds and monkeys) and is directly at the beachfront. Also, the staff are very friendly, reasonable and always ready to offer assistance. These things are what made the difference between cancelling the booking and deciding to stay.

Best offer quality for the price. Beautiful garden and trees. swimming pool, I guess it's a 25m pool good for real swim. There is a gym with enough to keep up but no air conditioning you will suffer the temperature during cardio. Very nice More

Service was good but the rooms are lousy, beds are sagging and the showers are not clean.

The rooms could do with a touch up to be honest. They feel rather droopy and old. Otherwise it's a neat place.
I had a kettle and 2 mugs in my room for the 5 days I was there. But no one bothered to offer me tea bags, coffee, sugar or cream for the entire period

I enjoyed every bit of my holiday for one week. They are well organised and good for family. I saw my children only at meal time. Rest of the day they were kept busy and happy.
