My husband and I stayed for 3 nights this month. This was our first time here. We loved the view of the Bay. Continental breakfast was great & the 24 hr. Coffee was delicious.
It surpassed our expectations. Couldn't beat the peace & quiet, the price, the hospitality! The place was very clean and the people running this place are kind, friendly & helpful. Can't wait to go back! Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

For the price, the Navy Lodge can't be beat. We had a difficult time getting a reservation for our full stay, but perseverance paid off and we eventually got the weekend nights reserved. The location is beautiful. Breakfast was ample. Rooms were up to date and everything worked great, however there was a bit of a musty smell in the hallway. The staff was certainly kind and helpful, getting a document printed for my son at the last minute. We will definitely stay here when we are in Corpus again!

Only stayed 1 night here but it was a nice stay. We went to the Exchange while we were on base and looked around. Drove around the base. They have a office building where you can go get discount tickets to adventures around the area.

Really nice military lodge in a good location. Tgey are pet freindly which made it nice that we could take the dogs with us for a fun week on the Golf Coast. Lots to do off base since NAS Corpus Cristi is very small abd has limited facilities. The rooms have a small but good kitchen and is really comfortable.

The best lodging I've experienced! It was clean and spacious. The kitchenette looked newly renovated and boasted 2 burners and a full sized fridge! Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodated us and our 2 small dogs. Room enough for 7 people! And it was right on the water with its own private beach and pier!! Will definitely book again!

The property has made some upgrades that are okay. But overall, it's older and needs a remodel. Seemed like only the lobby was updated in a thoughtful way. The staff lobby staff was not overly friendly but kind. The room itself was dirty. I saw remnants of food, lots of dust, handprints, there was a tshirts left behind in one of the drawers. The bathroom was too small to even close the door comfortably. There was other people's hair left behind in the bathroom and countertops. I was kind of afraid to touch anything. There were ants crawling in the bathtub. Breakfast was free but we opted not to eat there considering the care for the place was not thorough and there was not adequate space to eat in the lobby and what was there was not cleaned after other guests had finished. We did appreciate that we could get water in the lobby for a very reasonable price. That was helpful.

Great on base billets. Friendly staff. Price is comparable to local hotels, so not much savings in off season. Right on the water. Can fish out back in the bay
On of the cleaners kept coming in our room even though we were still there.

Only for service members not open to the public. Had already booked but when arrived to the station I couldn't get pass security check point cuz of course I have no proper ID stating I'm in the service. Had to call and cancel my reservation and look for a last minute place to stay at with a much higher price point. Please specify on your website.

Staff was super friendly and more than accommodating. The rooms were very nice in size and had more than enough accomodations. Had a minature kitchen in my room with all cooking neccesaties. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good as well, for the price paid.

Comfortable, calm, and clean. Bed, pillows, and blankets were soft and relaxing to get a good rest in. I was also impressed with my stay, staff were welcoming and professional. Breakfast bar was great, you can make a waffle that is shape of Texas! The view of the Gulf behind the hotel is breathtaking. Accommodation for pets is nice and a peace of mind. Small kitchenette was convenient as well.

The room was spacious and the kitchen was small and simple for my taste. But I'm sure the carpet could have used a steam cleaning. I'm not sure how, but a small musqito and a small insect managed to get into the bathroom, which I killed.

Clean, affordable accomodations for military active or retired and their families. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen fridge came in handy. Lots of space to walk or jog along the sea wall. Dogs are welcome. So are kids. Breakfast is complimentary but very crowded if you are a late morning person. Ends at 9:30. Grills and picnic area out back.

Very hard to get a room now days. You can't even get a room for the weekend for leisure. I have been serving for 30 years and can't even stay on base. The Navey station in Corpus Christi is hardly ever that busy.

Very clean. Staff was very helpful. Rooms have everything you'll need. Continental breakfast...a biggie for me...was kinda unimpressive. Juice, coffee, waffle maker, cereal, toast, fruit. Nothing cooked. But, for the price, my stay was well worth it. Ocean view from the rooms. Again, it was very clean. Would recommend and stay again.

Pros:

Pros:
Convenient to any beaches, fishing locations, groceries, shopping centers, restaurants, sight attractions, downtown and things to do in CC.
Access to NEX, Commissary, and little convenience store at the gate.
Free breakfast if you can call that breakfast.

Cons:
Our rooms could not pick-up their gowifi and our T-mobile connection. It's pathetic.
Medium strong wind is always bustling through our window (facing the water)
Commode is wobbling and AC unit is loud
Gas station is closed
Besides walkway, bbq, skinny gazebo outside is really bare
On base is dead early on weekends.

This is the worst navy lodge/hotel I have ever stayed at. I am sure staying at a motel would be better than here. The first night we were greeted by a huge flying roach. The second night (after buying roach spray), we were greeted with 6 dead baby roaches in the kitchen. The third afternoon, the power went out for about 20-30 mins. The power came back on, but the wifi was down for hours. Our cell phones had bad service inside the lodge, so we really relied on the wifi. The phones at the hotel were down for hours. Also, if you have a problem once housekeeping leaves, it won't be resolved unless you resolve it yourself or you have to wait until the following morning for housekeeping to return. Very very terrible Navy Lodge.
