We were told we had complimentary breakfast through the app we booked the room on but not until we went the next morning that "No, we don't see that here". No apologies, etc. Room was clean & nice though.

Pros: Location right off the freeway, easy to get to. Room was clean and had the right size bed. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Indoor heated pool and exercise room. Courtyard in the back is beautiful. Rooms have balcony.
Cons: No free breakfast, paid options are limited.

Perfect stay. When our AirBnB was unacceptable we were so grateful to be greeted warmly at the Marriot. The room was nice, clean and overlooked a lovely courtyard. The food at The Bistro was suprisingly good and the lobby was very comfortable for an evening cocktail and for breakfast. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Manassas.

The customer service was pleasant enough, the toiletries were nicer than expected, [Paul Mitchel tea tree] I was disappointed that they had the bottles locked into the shower, rather than having sample sizes, as I feel like the holding system is a mildew growth waiting to happen. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Nice place if on a budget. Found food droppings under sofa when making the bed. Had to call front desk to get linens. Rooms are really tight for 3 people or more. Room would be comfortable for 1 or 2 people though. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Giving it 2 stars mainly because of the customer service. First time coming and checking in the lady was just overall quiet and rude to us. When we got our room it was supposed to come with 2 breakfasts but went to talk about getting it was told we had to pay for them. Our room was great but just overall customer service was horrible.

Great hotel close to Manassas Battlefield and hand for the airport as we were on our way home to UK. Used this hotel before and always receive a friendly welcome. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Good breakfast try the ham and eggs.

The location is great! 10 minutes away from the country club. The rooms were clean and well built together. The service was friendly and helpful even when me and my group was heavily intoxicated

Just checked in and by the smell I should turn right around and check out. So much air freshener it's killing me. Marriott you have outdone yourselves with disappointment on this one. If it wasn't so late and I didn't have a job in 8 hours I would NOT stay. I can't say 1 positive thing about this place. Avoid.

I stay in Marriott properties all over the country like 75+ nights/year. This Courtyard is in dire need of an overhaul. It's obvious everything is tired and needs a refurbishment. Staff has been terrific the couple of times I've stayed here. Last stay my plumbing backed up all over. New room the plumbing was leaking all over the floor. Another new room and by the third day my sink was backed up and full of gunk when I returned to my room. Obvious plumbing issues going on here. Hate to give it a 3 start, but it is what it is and not worthy of what I expect a Marriott property to be.

Hotel hard to find, GPS takes you to Windham hotel around the corner. Parking lot has trash everywhere ( Trojan boxes and used condoms by parking lot at back door..) . Reception area is very nice but deceiving ... rooms are not Marriot standard...refrigerator in room didn't work, they were nice to move us to another room across the hall; refrigerator in new room had broken parts on the door and everything kept falling down when you open it! At least bed was very comfortable ! Balcony was dirty,no free breakfast included but there is a Starbucks next to reception area if you want to spend the money...we just walked to the Cracker Barrel next door. It was not the Marriott that I am used to, maybe because it is near the D.C. area...

Very nice place. The staff when I called and when I checked in were very accommodating. The room was very comfortable with a small sofa. The bed and pillows were first rate. Nice little bar/cafe in the lobby. Also a fireplace. I highly recommend.

Hotel is a little dated. No ventilation in the bathroom so after using the shower, everything on the outside is wet too like floor slippery, walls sweating, toilet seat moist and all this with curtain closed. The room was great overall but the bathroom experience made it less than 5 star.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would have given a rating of 5 stars but the bathroom in my room had not been thoroughly cleaned. I skipped a shower because of someone else's blood on the shower curtain..

Rm 129. There is too much negativity to shine any light on the positive and most of it is due to cleanliness and cosmetic neglect! Insect covered mice trap under the head of the bed, sticky bathroom floor, a few stray pubes woven into the towels, sticky carpets in the hallway, and none of this is exaggerated. Cigarette smoke hangs stagnant in the air, the pool closes early from lack of caring, and there is no continental breakfast. The front lobby looks amazing but acts as a simple guise to hide the rooms behind it. I am just glad I did not personally pay to stay here. I was accompanied by a few coworkers with their own rooms and their own miserable experiences as well. Update: Its checkout day so as I look around for belongings I find a person's knee brace sticking out from the side of the bed. (The side closest to the door and easiest to get to.) I am now convinced that the most minimal effort was put into reassembling my room after the previous person. I told the desk clerk about these issues as I check out out and he gave me a buisness card so I could leave a review...Thanks. This is disgusting and will assuredly prevent me from ever choosing a Marriott owned establishment again since these seem to be their standards. How hard is it to clean a room?

I mean, it s a chain hotel. Proper rooms, proper staff. Comfortable beds. Clean. Thank God that the window / sliding door off our guest room opened to the central courtyard. Also good : shampoo, conditioner & body wash in containers on the shower tub wall (less plastic waste is good).
Entrance to the hotel complex is poorly marked.
