We had an amazing time at Navitat! It is a really fun, challenging adventure, with some of the best views around! Molly and Kayla were great guides--they were friendly and knowledgeable and made this such a memorable experience. We hope to go again in the future!

Scott and Molly did such a good job making us feel comfortable before our family went ziplining. Out of the 12 people zipping, only 2 had experience. No one backed out and we all had such a good time
Our family had a wonderful time at this truly amazing experience! Daniel lead our group through the trip with style and grace. He was quick to help and shared some great knowledge about so many cool things throughout the trip. Each of the staff members we interacted with on the zip platforms were fully engaged with the task at hand and made everyone feel safe throughout the entire adventure!

We booked a last minute tour with Navitat in Asheville. Booking via phone with Maggie was a breeze! She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Once we arrived, we learned we were the only 2 on our tour; a nice perk! I was pleasantly surprised they still offered the tour with just two of us. Jordan and Kayla were our guides. They were both fun, enthusiastic and knowledgeable! Kayla also took great pictures of us along the way. They both gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat around town, too. Even the ride up to the top with Jesse was fun! It was a fantastic experience we will have great memories from!

Awesome adventure! From from the time I called to make the reservation to the folks at the end that helped us with our gear everyone was a pleasure. The best though was our guide Sarah! She made the time even better. Profesional, funny, and engaging. She even recommended a good place for dinner. There were four of us and we couldnt stop talking about it all night. Devan and Shannon were fantastic tour guides and zip line facilitators! Shannon taught us about trees and different plants, and Devan has great dry humor that made the adventure more fun (and he knew interesting stuff too, like don't touch the poison ivy). We had an amazing experience with Navitat! The ziplines are breathtaking. The Staff really knew what they were doing and had routines in place to ensure safety. Our tour guide, Jackson, was very knowledgeable about all things outdoors in the area and made the tour very enjoyable!

Decided to head out to Navitat this past weekend while I was in Asheville and I wasn't disappointed with the Mountain Top Tour. The crew behind the front desk did an excellent job in relaying information to me about keys, phones, etc (they will hold your car keys at the desk and wouldn't recommend keeping things in your pockets unless they have zippers). You have an option to rent a Go Pro if you so choose, but I didn't go down that route.
My group of about 10 people ended up with Kayla and Devan as our tour guides and they were fantastic. While it didn't appear that anyone in our group was extremely nervous, both guides did a thorough job of explaining the zip line procedures and what was expected of us which was essentially stepping off the platform and enjoying the ride as the system brakes for you at the bottom. Be aware there is some walking involved with the Mountain Top Tour as you are walking between each of the three stations, but nothing was too strenuous and they provide little water cups at the second station. Kayla was easy going and kept the group engaged and laughing throughout the entire tour. Devan did a fantastic job of explaining the local area and facts about the Blue Ridge Mountains to our group as most of our group wasn't from the Asheville/North Carolina area.
The views you get of the Blue Ridge Mountains while you are zipping down are awesome. Navitat does a fantastic job of showing off what the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer and puts in a lot of effort (along with other local companies) to preserve the beautiful ecosystem that the mountains maintain. I had a great time while at Navitat and I'm sure you will as well.

I cannot recommend Navitat enough. This is one of my go-to trips for my school group, typically paired with a visit to Mars Hill College, UNCA, etc. In fact, we just returned from another visit yesterday. I have taken several groups and (of all the travels we do with our group) this is generally one of their favorite events. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, entertaining, and accommodating with my students - learning everyone in the group by name. The students came expecting adventure, but also gained lots of insight about the NC mountains, ecology, wildlife, physics, and more - plus some great memories of a wonderful time with friends in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. If you have not yet been, stop thinking about it - the mountains are calling, and you must go!

My ten year old Son and I went zipping for our first time this week. Had a fantastic day! Our guides Stephanie and Emily were funny, informative and really made us feel safe and secure for our first time "flying through the trees."
As fast and exciting as it was, especially on our second zip on the Mountaintop Tour, we also learned a lot about the local tree, critters and surrounding mountains. In fact, my little guy has a whole new fascination with nature, "because of Navitat. When can we go again?"

The zip line experience was awesome. It took 2 to 2.5 hrs to complete zip lining but it was worth it. I would recommend to go here if u want the best experience in USA for zip lining. Although the staff girls were not too supportive and little vague as they were just laughing all the time, instructor and zipline was great.
The mountain top tour is gorgeous! We went in November when the colors were amazing. The staff were all wonderful, especially our guides Kayla and Scott. Loved their warmth and sense of humor! Some older people (70s) were in our group and did fine, although there is a little stair climbing on the trail. Nothing too strenuous. The zip lines are quite long and high and pretty fast and give you the sensation of flying over the forest. The whole tour takes about 2.5 hours. Just be aware that you are only riding a zip line for about 3 total minutes of that. The guides do share lots of interesting information about the mountains and flora along the way. My only complaint is there are no toilet facilities along the tour and I was dying to go the last 45 minutes. Highly recommend this place, though!

Wow! I can't say enough about how much fun this was. First time zip lining, so I was kind of nervous. Thankfully, our tour guide was fantastic and put us all at ease! Jackson clearly was very knowledgeable about the beautiful trees and mountains and was enthusiastic about sharing it with us. This is the third zip line we ever tried. Man, the length and the height of the zip line were well exceeding our expectation. The staff were very friendly and gave us tutorial of local eco system. This is a great experience for thrill seekers. Some hill climbing is needed, but not too strenuous. We highly recommend it.

Navitat is known for their thorough safety procedures during the entire experience. It is evident that all Navitat guides support each other with equipment needs. Our guides, Kayla and Ethan, were informative, pleasant and funny. They were very knowledgeable of the local area. Such fun zipping through the trees led us to unknown territory. We have zipped in many states which does not compare to the superior experience at Navitat. Returning to Navitat for the Canopy or Tree Top Adventure is always exhilarating.
This place is amazing! Went with my brother and son (13) and daughter (16). We all had a blast. Our Guides, Sydney and Jackson were fun and professional and really awesome! Gave good background on the geology flora and fauna on the hikes between the zip lines.
I am actually scared of heights, so it was a stretch for me to embark on this adventure. But on their mountain adventure you walk onto the platform from solid ground and are harnessed and clipped in before you are close to any edges before you zip. All the equipment seemed very safe and way overbuilt with redundancy. So I wasn t too anxious at all after the first zip.
The mile long off road van ride to the top is a great adventure in itself! Cool 4wd vans take you to the top. You zip 3 different lines from there with short hikes in between and a final shot hike down to the base at the end.
The speed and distance are unmatched. And the views incredible!
Their adherence to COVID guidelines provided a safe experience also.

What a great experience on the mountaintop tour with Kayla and Ethan. The weather was ideal and the views were spectacular. Both guides explained each step of the process especially the safety procedures. They also detailed the company's commitment to conservation and preservation and were helpful pointing out the local flora. We would have no hesitation returning to Navitat and would request Kayla and Ethan again.

Navitat!! The best zipline tours period. We have done ziplines around the US and Canada and always compare them to Navitat, the gold standard!! This visit we did the all day Ultimate Adventure package. This was a morning spent doing the Treetop adventure and afternoon Mountain Top Adventure. We had excellent guidance on both tours. Ami and Ethan lead our Treetop Adventure and Dori and Anika led us through the Mountain top adventure. We learned about the mountain ranges, the local flora and fauna. We saw a " fire lizard" and proof of bear in the area. We also felt the passion of the guides relating to conservation of the area. It was a fantastic experience. I could not have asked for more!! We will be back again soon... not soon enough:) but soon.

Easy to find (took about 25 from Asheville), well marked off the highway on the smaller roads. The whole operation was very smoothly run, from checkin to getting our gear on, to the drive up the mountain (which is honestly the first part of the adventure - very impressive driving!). Our guides, Kaylin and Scott, were both very friendly, explained things well, and gave us lots of interesting information along the hike between ziplines. The ziplines themselves gave amazing views over the forest and of nearby mountains, while being really peaceful. HIGHLY recommend this experience for the entire family.
My mom and I spent the morning doing the mountaintop tour. Our guides Kaitlyn and Jordan were amazing. They both had positive, upbeat attitudes that kept the energy going. I felt safe and secure the whole time. We had so much fun!! Amazing experience.
Put this on your bucket list ! I definitely had an Amazing experience. I had the chance to meet Alexis & Luke they're very knowledgeable and educated about the environment. I had a great time and walked out educated about certain plants and trees ! I definitely want to do this again.. they really put the effort on making sure everyone in the group was safe, they made the process very smooth especially if your a first timer at zip lining. The whole staff was very kind, they handled the safety guidelines very professionally during this pandemic. When we began our adventure I'll admit to being terrified but by the time we were finished I was laughing, smiling, and grateful for the amazing adventure. Sam and Aimee were our guides for our Tree top tour. We were 1 of 2 families in our group of 8 total. We had 2 teenagers with us. The other family had 2 younger daughters with them. Sam and Aimee were awesome! They both were very clear and patient teaching us all the guidelines about safety, checking our equipment all throughout the tour and asking us if we were comfortable as well. They were also very informative sharing history about the forest and the zip lines. They could answer all of our questions and pointed out interesting tidbits along the way. They made an effort to get to know each of us individually and used our names often. Aimee has a great sense of humor and she made a lot of great jokes and puns to make our experience even more fun. I was a little nervous as I had never zip lined at this level before and they made me feel at ease the entire trip. I always felt safe and secure in their care. One of the girls in our group was nervous doing the repel at the end and Sam was patient and considerate gently encouraging her to finally repel down on her own with success! They were both clearly very experienced zippers. Communication between them was efficient and precise. Sam took super photos of us during the entire experience and we purchased them at the end. We ziplined yesterday for the first time with Derek and Ethan. It was such a blast because they made us feel safe, were great tour guides and also informed us of some cool facts while out in nature. The ziplining itself was unlike any other and I liked how many safety measures were in place to make sure we had a good time. I was afraid I'd be too scared to go but Ethan and Derek did a wonderful job keeping us smiling.

Cant say enough good things about this place. I took my wife and three kids here. They nailed it. The check in was easy, they got us our zipline gear fast, they drove us up in the mountain in some tough vans that went up hills that were crazy steep (which my boys enjoyed almost as much as the zip line), the three zip lines were super fun and safe. Our guide Jared was terrific and taught us all kinds of things about nature. We loved it and would do it again!

Went on the mountain top experience with Emily and Grant 04-18-2019 and had a ball. I'm an Army vet but a first time zipper and a bit nervous but it was really great. All the guides were friendly and the manager, I think his name was Ken, asked us a lot of questions after our tour. It was definitely worth the money.
