Sam and Aimee were our guides for our Tree top tour. We were 1 of 2 families in our group of 8 total. We had 2 teenagers with us. The other family had 2 younger daughters with them. Sam and Aimee were awesome! They both were very clear and patient teaching us all the guidelines about safety, checking our equipment all throughout the tour and asking us if we were comfortable as well. They were also very informative sharing history about the forest and the zip lines. They could answer all of our questions and pointed out interesting tidbits along the way. They made an effort to get to know each of us individually and used our names often. Aimee has a great sense of humor and she made a lot of great jokes and puns to make our experience even more fun. I was a little nervous as I had never zip lined at this level before and they made me feel at ease the entire trip. I always felt safe and secure in their care. One of the girls in our group was nervous doing the repel at the end and Sam was patient and considerate gently encouraging her to finally repel down on her own with success! They were both clearly very experienced zippers. Communication between them was efficient and precise. Sam took super photos of us during the entire experience and we purchased them at the end. I would highly recommend Navitat Canopy Adventures to anyone who is thinking about zipping. Thank you Aimee and Sam! You're the best! Tommy and Melinda
