BEWARE - THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR TOUR AND REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY!

I went on the Moody Cove Adventure with my parents, who flew in from California to visit. We were all 1st timers to ziplining. The tour starts out with a few short lines at "Ground School." My mom braked too fast ONCE, and the tour guide cancelled her tour. This was after just 3 short lines at "Ground School." It was her first time ziplining - how can they expect everyone to be perfect their first time? She didn't even come close to putting anyone in danger. She was sent back to the Welcome Center and missed out on the rest of the tour. Not only did this ruin our family trip, Navitat refused to refund any part of the money, even though it was cancelled from their end. Their reasoning was that they do not give refunds for trips cancelled within 72 hours of the tour - this would be understandable if WE wanted to cancel last minute, but not when it is initiated from their end.

The tour guide said "Don't feel bad, you made it farther than a lot of people," and the reservations manager also said that at least one tour gets cancelled like this per day - what a scam! They frequently do a small part of the work but keep all the money! It does not say anywhere on their website that they will not give refunds when THEY cancel the tour. The manager says it's not published anywhere but that is their policy. BEWARE - especially if going with friends/family since some of you will have to sit out and lose out on all your money.

Outstanding experience for the whole family. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Plan to spend about a half day there. Gearing up was quick, very little waiting, and the check in building has games like corn hole as well as comfortable lounging chairs. Our guide was #Devan, who was a total zip lining warrior poet and very knowledgeable about the plants, trees and the history of the area. Five stars!

My husband and I had a great zip line experience with Stephanie and Jesse! We did the treetop tour on a light rainy day which turned out to be fine. They were both very cautious throughout keeping safety first and very thorough in their explanations before we headed out. It was a blast. My nerves dissipated after the first run!! I personally loved the suspension bridge, too. I wish it were longer! Well done Navitat!

This was truly an amazing experience. The tour guides, Scott and Daniel, made us feel very confident in what we were doing, while also making it a human experience. We even found our new favorite honey thanks to Scott s advice (Sourwood Honey). We learned a lot and really did enjoy our experience. The value is outstanding, as well! Thank you to Scott and Daniel at Navitat for making our trip to Asheville, NC epic fun!

I went to Navitat on Sat, 9/7 and had the greatest time there. We had Aimee and Devan as our guides and they were super friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us such a great time! We did the three zipline experience and it was really fun. It was not scary. They were very informative of the nature and it's surroundings. I recommend Navitat to everyone whose just visiting, or are in town. You will have a blast! Also, thanks to the driver as well - he was a good driver. That van is a beast! Excellent experience all the way around. ASK FOR JARED. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable on his surroundings when you re hiking between the lines. He ll teach ya some cool things. Great job.

Well worth the money! I can't describe how much fun this was, we had amazing guides Gus and Danielle, they made the trip both educational and a blast at the same time. The views from the mountain top ziplines are breath taking!

Our group had an absolute blast ziplining with Jaime, Casey, JC, and Dory! They are all hilarious and fabulous. I have been on the longer zips 3 times, incredible views and a nice little hike. 5/5 would absolutely recommend! Thanks guys!

I've visited navitat with my host great family during a 2week one-way student exchange. It's hard to find words for how it feels to fly over the woods with an unbelievable panoramic view. One of the greatest experiences in my life so far

Really loved it. The young guides are very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive to taking care of any issues that might came up as well as describing what you're going to do and what you will be seeing. Don't be concerned about the sublime being too rough or arduous It's all very smooth and well controlled Just sit back and relax and enjoy the ride! We went during the peak of fall colors and that simply has to be the best time to do this.
