Love this place. I haven't been here since I was a kid, so I decided to come see it again. I'm so glad I did. Our tour guide was so informative and answered all of our questions. So cool that this gem is there for us to visit.

Great informative tour and really interesting and different activity to experience. They also have zip lines and rope courses. We can't wait to go again and experience the other tours they offer.

Great place to see some amazing caves and geological formations. The tour is really interesting but at times felt a little rushed. The cave is very warm, very humid, and definitely a workout if you're out of shape. Definitely recommend a visit.

We really enjoyed taking the Discovery Tour. The caverns were large and impressive and well worth seeing. The guide was friendly. The only thing we didn't like was that they take a picture of each group at the end and then offer it for sale. It was low pressure so I didn't take a star off, but it does cause a line and a couple of minute delay at the end of the tour.

My husband took me on a date to these caverns, and to be honest I wasn't convinced it would be all that amazing. But, i was wrong. It was actually interesting to see the rock formations as most of them are actually quite impressive.

The really amazing part happened after the cavern tour closed. The Bat Conservation owns a cave down the road from the Natural Bridge Caverns and if you purchase the Bracken Discovery tour you get a tour of the Natural Bridge Caverns and a sunset view of the largest bat concentration in the world. There are hardly words for how breath taking it was to watch these creatures exit the cave in wild waves avoiding snakes and hawks.

I would recommend both adventures to families and couples alike. Just keep an open mind!

The Natural Bridge Caverns is a must see attraction if you're visiting San Antonio or the surrounding area. They have attractions for all ages from the zip lines to experiencing the underground caves. Both the above ground attractions and the caverns below are enough to fill a fun-packed day at the Natural Bridge Caverns. The employees and tour guides are knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions. It is on my list to do again when I visit next.

These caves are awesome! It looks like another world down there! Dress as if your heading out to the beach and wear tennis shoes. I've been to a handful of caves and this one really takes the cake. It has tall and wide rooms that have some marvelous stalactite and stalagmite sculptures! Some of these sculptures are larger than life and out of this world! Next time we're definitely going on the Adventure Tours!!! It's a whole new ball game for those who want to truly explore the caverns! :D

A beautiful place, a little expensive to enter but worth it, they have good infrastructure and excellent guides.
I entered the Discovery tour and it is incredible how you go down and down, an impressive place.
They take a photo of you during the tour and it comes out well lit, it costs 13 and the extra print 8
Unfortunately, the only thing is that there are not many options to eat, it is missing since you can spend many hours there

Didn't get to see everything because we missed one if our tours but would definitely go back again. Don't go to caves if you have trouble breathing or walking. Fun activities for the whole family including zip lining, climbing and rock mining. There's a few food choices too.

We were pleasantly surprised by Natural Bridge Caverns. We were expecting a small mom-and-pop operation on the side of the road, and were surprised when we saw that it was more along the lines of a small amusement park. We went on the Discovery tour, and were amazed at how beautiful the caverns were. The tour was just a shade over an hour, and there were guides stationed throughout the cave. The tour was informative and interesting. I'm not exactly in great shape, but was able to do the walk without any problems. Huffing and puffing in a few places, but it was doable. Definitely wear runners, as it is damp in the cave and a pretty good hike. After the tour, our teenagers had fun on the zip line and ropes course. It was a great way to spend a few hours.

The cave is magnificent but the staff is awful!! They sell later tours but then tell you you can't go when you get there. Yes, it says arrive a little early but why even offer a later tour if you won't ever take people on them! They were rude at the front and snippy. I will stick to the other caves I've been too, at least I don't feel like a number there. This place was so touristy they couldn't care less if you enjoyed yourself. They just want you in and out and its run by a bunch of 16 year olds. Maybe the website should list combo tours separatetly and only let you pick up until 1pm and not offer a 340 tour at all. Then have a separate section for individual tours. It sems ridiculous to ...pick a 340 tour and be expected to arrive 2+ hours early?! I don't want a 140 tour that's why I chose 340. I had family drive in from Illinois and we barely got to enjoy ourselves. Rushed through the cave, rushed through the store, rushed through the grounds etc. Just awful. I won't be back and I certainly won't be bringing family members who come to Texas to visit. Go to innerspace caverns or longhorn caverns. They are friendly and love their jobs and dont sound like a rehearsed book. The only reason it got a second star was because the cave was a 5 star. Absolutely breathtaking.

The groups on the cavern tours are way too large for the single tour guide. They need to be about a third of their current size. This could just be because we went on New Year's Eve. With our guide, the tour was excruciatingly slow. The caverns themselves are very pretty, but the guides need to be more assertive in order to move things along. On top of this, prices for food and beverages are steep. One piece of pizza will cost you $6.99.

The tour was really nice and self paced. The info the guides gave were really interesting and informational. We loved the sightseeing and they even took pictures of everyone there. They weren't as expensive as other places ($11) and the whole experience was super fun!

Always great fun to visit! They always have exceptional tour guides, the caverns are very interesting, the additional features/activities that they have are fun to do. May be a little pricy but I'm not sure since I haven't compared them to others. A shout out to our latest tour guide named Harrison. He was leading a tour of 5th graders, teachers and some parents. He kept it informative, funny, and moving along at just the right pace.

This place is amazing. Unfortunately, we were only able to venture into two of the caves, but the sights were incredible. In spite of having some extremely annoying guests on both tours, both of our tour guides kept their cool and offered very interesting information about the caves. It's quite a work out, too!

Bring good walking shoes. The floor of the cave is wet and somewhat slippery. Also be aware their are a lot of steps, and it is 99% humidity inside the cave, so that can make walking a bit strenuous. well worth the visit, as the tour is really cool

The site doesn't list how long to allow for each attraction, yet you have to pick a time for each. When I called, there's just a recording listing a time for only one of the attractions.

I absolutely loved our trip to this fun place. Loved the horse show. The tour was a great workout, plus very knowledgeable. There was one rude tour guide that was rude in the cave. But he didnt ruin the experience for us. The little maze was fun!

Try the fudge it is soooooo good!!!
I love it here. I am planning another trip soon!.

Staff are super friendly.... However, The cavern tour is almost 1.5 hrs. I could walk it and enjoy it in less than 30 mins. The formations are beautiful. However, you are forced to stand and listen to talking contantly. The information is mainly warnings and "Do Nots" (and others on the tour still couldn't follow directions). You are crammed in with a large group, so your pictures usually include a bunch of strangers. It's hot and humid, which is fine if your moving along...but stopping & standing contantly made for cranky people..damn near ran out when we all saw the light at the end tunnel (literally) Price for myself & 3 kids $100

Amazing privately owned caverns that are well maintained and easy to see. Highly recommend this when you're in the area. The whole park is beautiful - it was cool when we were there, so we didn't spend much time outside, but it was lovely.
