Easily the best nursery my life partner and I have ever experienced. Brought out 6 year old golden retriever and the employees went above and beyond to deliver a great experience to him by pouring him fresh water into the bowl, giving him a treat and loving on him. This was a great experience from the customer service to the aray of choices. It was very organized, busy (which is great) and a reason to come back in the spring. The fall plants are simply beautiful. Really well done Natorp's. You left me very impressed with your outstanding customer service.
The five stars is for the awesome assistance from the staff in helping me find alternatives since It is getting late in the season. The plants and flowers is large and healthy.

Very big Nursery in Cincinnati. They got plenty of collections for your garden. Well organized and wonderful staffs to help you around.
Overall very poor experience. After waiting for my online order for 2 weeks the CEO emailed me saying my order was ready and everything was in stock. After waiting for almost an hour the worker showed me an invoice that was completely different from the invoice i was emailed. They weren t able to fulfill half of my order and said it would take time to refund the $90 worth of plants they didn t have. Very unorganized. Not to mention the quality of the petunias were garbage. Lowe s and Home Depot have much better quality. I ordered 20 petunias and can count only 4 flowers on them. The rest are brown and wilted.
I went to Natorp's yesterday (on Mother's day during the Covid crisis, I know, I'm a jerk) and expected the place to be absolute madness. However, the staff was INCREDIBLY helpful regardless of everything going on and helped me to find the perfect plants for my yard. I needed some very specific items for water-loving plants in partial sun/shade and they delivered. While the checkout line appeared long, they had staff directing everyone to the correct checkout counters and everything went quickly and smoothly. I'll definitely be going there again due to their incredible selection, friendly service, and efficiency during this crazy time.

Incredible nursery with an ample selection of standard favorites and interesting specimens. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, able to quickly guide me to even the most obscure plant.
My absolute favorite place!!!! The staff are great. The selection is wonderful. Natorp is offering more native plants. I learn something ever time I go.
