Have had good service in the past, but currently have a issue that really needs addressed, Wife left a message in detail hoping to get a return call, got a return call....which can only be rated as rude and not customer service oriented, As a customer would like to feel that our years of using Cru Cutters was to be a good business relationship, not a disappointment.
Don't try to get a job there, they will give you an application, but don't call for follow up or interview. Sabe your gas
The owner Tony is rude and spiteful. Definitely should not be the owner of a company.

Contacted Beaumont Building Group to propose a pool project. They own Cru Cutters and Kramer Pools. This was, at the onset, a relief as it was thought they would all collaborate and get this done quickly. After an initial visit, it took several emails to get an individual out to survey our property out a month later. Another month passes and more "have it soon" emails. Another month passes and I get an email from the COO stating "your project is too difficult for our company". In a gaff on a reply, the COO copied me instead of another internal member who sent the following:
"Sorry fellas. Everyone involved felt this was a bad job for us- didn t see the point in stringing him along any longer than we already have.
We have a ****(edited out bad word) ton of work in the pipeline and are weeks behind on estimates/drawings- didn t see the point in wasting more time on this one."
I wasn't asking for the much, a 20*38' pool. I suggest anyone considering them to run, not walk, away.

These folks are contracted here in the subdivision that we built in. In the past year I have had 2 interactions with them and both were very negative. They do rushed, sub par work on sod installation. One crew member has one of the worst attitudes I have ever encountered.
Unfortunately we are stuck having to fix the mess since our builder continues to hire low quality contractors
Sent a guy who had little knowledge on hardscaping. Very nice guy, but overwhelmed by the logistics of how things are done. Once he saw it wasn't going to be easy he started trying to back out of any solutions. Had high hopes for this company but they failed. He was going to "get back to me" after consulting someone who actually knew how to do the job. As expect from his presentation, it was just talk. I guess the size of the job does matter.
You guys suck absoultly, you did a very horrible job edging the mulch beds, I've seen other company's work and it's way much better than yours, your messy and don't pick up well after yourselfs. & you're suppose to be one of the best in NKY
I had extensive grading and leveling of my entire backyard. I couldn't have dreamed a better result. The crew was on time, professional, worked their butts off, and polite. They explained everything they did and made sure I was comfortable with what they were doing. They even cleaned the neighbor's driveway as it got a little dirty (The neighbor's driveway was the safest way to bring the equipment to my backyard). Will absolutely use Cru Cutters again!!! Thank You for a job well done!!!
We ordered several trees in our backyard for scenery and privacy. Met with Jim O'Daniel and he was amazing. Great selection of trees and designed the layout. Very happy with installation as well. They also have a 1 year warranty on trees and prices are reasonable.
I 've had 3 applications so far and I am quite displeased with the current results. Rear yard now has more weeds than before the 1st application. I definitely will not be using this company next season.
