I would put zero stars if I could. We had an encounter with Inta and wish we never found the house she was representing. The way she treated us as buyers was degrading, unprofessional in her actions and language, and verbally attacked our realtor and inspector who found several more obvious issues with the house she was representing (which was her own house). Her professionalism went out the window when negotiations started. I don t know overall how this company runs but she represents it with her sign so I would highly recommend avoiding it.

I've been associated with NRG for over two years and have had nothing but a professional above board experience. I have no reservations sending people to National Realty Guild..
Agent scheduled a showing, then asked to come early, then showed up even earlier - then toured for <4 minutes. Overall would be very cautious when dealing with them.
Lawrence Hatfield and Chrissy Fallon were a great team to work with. With their help we were able to find the perfect house. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable and hard working! Thank you for the excellent service!
Would do zero stars if possible. My boyfriend and I applied to a home last Tuesday, December 3rd. We were told by the realtor it would typically take 48-72 hours. By Friday we hadn t heard anything so figured we d reach out. My boyfriend tried calling the realtor and there was no answer. Later that day he sent him a text, still no answer. We figured we d give it the weekend so by Monday morning 12/9, he tried calling again, AGAIN no answer. He then emailed and texted, and nothing. So then I tried calling because he didn t have my number saved, and sure enough, he answered. I told him who I was and that we really just want an answer on our application because we are moving out of our apartment in a month, and he said oh yeah yeah, I m actually on the phone with my boss right now, he s going to reach out to you this afternoon . 3pm, then 5pm rolls around and nothing. So I call him, no answer. Left a voicemail. During all of this, we tried calling the company s phone number COUNTLESS times, no answer and voicemail was full. Tuesday morning, STILL NOTHING. No answer, no reply to my voicemail. I tried calling at 12:00 and surprisingly enough, he answered. I told him we need an answer, and that I noticed the house was now not even on the market anymore. He laughed and said really? Wasn t aware of that . He then said you should move on with a different house . And he also said a few days ago his boss had some concerns about our credit.
If that s the truth? WHY wouldn t he call us and tell us so we could move forward with a different house instead of PURPOSELY ignoring all of our calls.
This was the worst service I ve EVER experienced and feel we deserve our $90 in application fees back because the only reason we ever got an answer is because we didn t stop reaching out. I feel we were treated with zero respect and the whole thing was very sketchy and very frustrating.
I've been an NRG agent for about 8 years, Its nice to work for a growing company. The owners have always been fair to me and my family. Thanks, Randy and crew for all you do!
Working with an agent from NRG and it is terrible. No response, no input on how anything is going. We have extended the closing once for her buyers and now we hear nothing from her. I will not work with them again.
"Less the zero" for a review. Lol. Has anyone noticed most of the reviews are by agents of the company? How there really is'nt any "customer" reviews? The only REAL reviews concerning the company are in regards to it's "Team Winegarden"...and...those reviews are not that hot.
The owner had a bunch of his agents and non customers post reviews..all in the same week. As a consumer, take a look at that and do the math, especially since the company has been in business for over a decade.
And the review, by '"Red Dayon" is a complete farce, in my eyes. I'm told by an agent that works here that the Broker has an admin assistant that works remote from the Phillippines named Francis Dayon. I'm also told this is a made up account by him to post the review.
I challenge the owner to prove otherwise, that Red Dayon it is not a fake account.
Overall, pretty sketchy attempt at an online image.
I have been two years with National Realty and Randy, the broker, is always there for you...prompt, professional and great responses! very happy with the experience.
I love working here! We are a professional seasoned Agents, passionate about we do, and that is providing world class service! I look forwarding to serving you!
National Realty Guild operates from a dishonest, unprofessional, incompetent, and unethical model that demonstrates legally challenged practices. I am following my own advice as I highly recommend that any negative experiences with this group are reported to the Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General, and respective County Attorney Offices. In addition, the local association of Realtors and Minnesota Department of Commerce should be contacted to file ethics complaints and license violations; respectively. This manner of doing business will catch up with them and seems to be already.
We've purchased and sold a few houses over the years and always used our favorite realtor, Marjorie, who works at National Realty Guild. The experience has always gone smoothly and she always goes the extra mile for her clients. Thanks again Marj !
