I rent from Woodland pointe apartments in Woodbury...

I rent from Woodland pointe apartments in Woodbury, I would never reccomend this property to any not even my worst enemy. The two ladies in the office never care about issues tenants have all they want is a rent check. We had a small grease fire in our kitchen instead of making sure we were okay the first thing that came out of Marylyns (assistant manager)mouth was well we will have to figure out how to pay for the fire. So like anyone would do when they pay for insurance, you file a claim, so we stated to Nancy the property manager that no one is to touch our apartment until insurance comes out and give a value for damage, the next days I am at work and get an email with a list of charges and Nancy telling me that they fixed some of the damages in our unit, leaving us having to pay cash out of pocket because our insurance wouldn't pay for damages someone else repaired before giving entail qoute . We took our apartment as is with burnt drip pants a dented and barely working hood vent. They charged us for brand new appliances and they gave us used cabinets doors at full price. This is a property that is for them selves 110%.
I have been pleading with this property to clean the buildings for over a month now and they brush it of this it doenst matter that our building is full of trash and smells like trash!!!

Contacted their corporate office for a rental verification for a past resident, and was met with excuses and attitude, as well as a raised voice. Never did get the information to help one of their past tenants with their apartment application. Unreliable.

I applied for an apartment at Grove Ridge which is a major step down for me. I explained I had bad credit because of a business I previously owned but was encouraged because I was told I might just have to pay an additional month of rent. I was promptly denied because of my impending foreclosure. I have lived in my home since 1994 and never had any form of eviction. To make matters worse, they mailed back the money order I made out to them and I cannot get a call back regarding this. As I type this, I have been waiting outside for 30 minutes for someone to show up so I can attempt to resolve this. Wow!

If I could go negative I would ! This has been a horrible experience with the management company at burgundy Hillsboro apartments . Super unorganized , super rude staff , i had a few questions and felt like I was stupid for even asking . They seem to think that they can just extend my lease, and put me on a month to month with no contact to me . I will never rent with this company again .

KMS website has no contact information for its corporate headquarters! I had to Google it to get in touch with them, trying to discuss the indoor smoking at The Palisades Apartments. Ended up having to send a certified letter to upper management to get any action because their administrative assistant wouldn't provide email addresss for any upper level manager. She said to email her and she would forward my email to upper management. Serious privacy violation, in my opinion. When I did do that once she told the property manager where I lived about it. I suspect she didn't forward the email at all. Seems like they over-work the property manager and don't want to communicate with residents.

I have been living at their Woodhaven property for almost 7 years. That means 5 Assistant Property Managers and 3 Property Managers have been here. I have lived in 3 different apartments, and don't even think of ever leaving. The staff here treats you like family and have done more for me than they needed to.
If I have an issue they deal with it. They were so kind to me when my purse was stolen. I was having a bad day and they made it better.
Even during the remodels they are always level headed and keep their cool.
I would recommend this company to anyone who was looking for a place to live.

They canceled my viewing for an apartment hour before the appointment the first time because they didn't notify the tenant that someone was going to see the apartment. I show up to my second appointment and none ever came. The girl (Michelle) that was suppose to come never called back I called for half an hour and was furious, I called the main office none picked up. I called their Management office and the lady called Michelle and she said she didn't pick up for her. Worst experience ever! Very irresponsible and unprofessional. This made me not rent from them.

The most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered at River Point. They have attitudes when in person, raise their voices, don't respond to e-mails or voicemails, and hang up on you on the phone looking for answers... Roomate was a caretaker that worked very hard, but was in tears on many occasions from Mgr Cyndy Murphy...Worst experience ever! I should have read the reviews beforehand...

I wish I could give this company 0 stars! They have a fraudulent claim on me that I have no idea how they came up with this. I asked them to provide the documentation for it and they don't have it. Now they just don't answer my calls anymore! Mary is a fraud!

Property smells like cat urine and getting annoyed that it's not now g corrected. What should have been done is carpet changed when management team knew about the prior tenant having an old sick cat with a lot of issues. Well, if they knew this then why did they not change carpet. Don't think it's right for me to live in urine feces with a toddler specially when single mom. This was not the right thing to do and need a resolution to this issue.

BEWARE: If you do decide to move into these dumps, make sure you ask for a move in check list and make them sign off on items that are damaged when you move in- DON T FORGET TO MAKE COPIES AND MAKE SURE ALL CORRESPONDENCE IS IN WRITING! They will try to take half of your deposit for anything and everything! If I could give them negative stars, I would. This was by far the most difficult leasing experience I have ever had. I have lived in 10 different apartments over the years and have not once been treated so poorly by a leasing company. Every time we had to do anything involving the office it was a struggle. The office director, Mandy, is a complete coward and couldn t even confront me via email after a few of my requests- she directed everything to their corporate location. Every time we found an error in communications regarding our leasing agreement (which happened often throughout the year) we had to call multiple times, put up with being patronized, were given false information, lied to, ignored, and had to jump through hoops to even get them to look over the lease with us. They made resolving simple tasks seem like something you needed a doctorate to solve. We moved out almost 2 months ago and have yet to receive our deposit. They also have a massive cockroach problem. Moral of the story: this was a horrible experience full of poor communication, poor organization, poor upkeep with the properties, rude and dehumanizing treatment, awful customer service.

Totally concur with Jenna. Massive cockroach problem and staff are unwilling to do what it takes to get rid of them. Mandy and other office staff are incredibly irresponsible and generally vindictive people. We moved out this month and it was an very challenging to get our security deposit back. The prices might seem reasonable for these apartments but that's only because the management is awful and there are many flaws to the different apartments. Since KMS management avoids its residents like the plague your maintenance requests won't be solved.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE - YOU WILL BE SUPPORTING A HORRIBLE COMPANY.
