The counter employees are complaining, working very slowly and not smiling, and the nut employees the way they sit at the counter is provocative and disrespectful to the traveler

Riyadh international airport... Not so many shops... Nothing for a good time pass

It's one of the biggest airports in the gulf area, the facilities are fine and clean but they are doing improvements all the time, the distance between the airport and the downtown it's not much, nice taxis are there but it's better to use uber.

They lost the bags and what they know if they go on the journey to the next and do not have a service to deliver the bags

King Khalid Airport Terminal 5 is excellent. All services are sufficiently available, but the travel hall lacks an information office to direct travelers to the travel gates, although they are numbered and guiding boards, but many travelers have inquiries and questions that facilitate the task of reaching the travel gates. I am a Pakistani and have been to this airport a few times.

I think it is very nicely built but time is taking its toll. Overall it is comparable to any big airport in the world. The management can be slightly improved to provide an even better traveling experience to passengers.

Personally, I like it, especially the water fountains and their sound. Its a great relief after hearing the jet-mechanical sounds of aircraft for a long time.

The airport is gorgeous and the staff is really friendly. The security between connecting flights was quick and swift.

I had a transit time of 12h and another 2h due to delay. Upon arrival at the airport, Transit passengers were picked up by an employee and taken directly to a Transit Lounge. There we got hot food and later breakfast at no extra charge. Thanks to the free lounge, I was able to sleep relatively well so that I didn't feel the long wait.
