Is an international airport away from the Saudi capital Riyadh about 35 km. It is the center of the national air transport system. Designed by the American Bureau of Architecture, Helmut, Obata and Kasabaum, it was opened in 1983 to be the world's largest airport in terms of area, with an area of about 225 square kilometers.The airport bears the name of Khalid bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, who was the fourth king of Saudi Arabia.
