The frankness is something shameful for the so-called frequency transfer between the international and domestic hall ... I had a recent experience in the frequency bus, with passengers from Malaysia and others from Europe, and with us a lot of baggage ... I see in their eyes the astonishment at this strange sight as if we are in a poor country that does not have the means or Thinking minds !!! We are forced to receive the luggage from the international terminal and transport it in vehicles abroad to wait for the reluctant bus that passes you more than once so that you can ride with it and the luggage and go back to the inner hall and remove the luggage and recharge it ... for how long this confusion ...
Why has not been planned to work a ground metro for transporting passengers and services between the separate airport lounges for the convenience of travelers and to save their time and effort in line with the Kingdom's vision and to give a civilized image of our homeland through this gate (Riyadh Airport).

All services are available, procedures are easy and clear. A defect is parking is not available, fees change every day, and automatic payment devices are always either suspended or have a problem and there is no clear board for entry and exit lanes.

The new terminal five is the only modern terminal with world class standard facilities, though terminal 5 is dedicated for local internal flights only. All the other terminals need modernization. Terminal 1 and 2 are for international flights, with Saudia Airlines mainly flying from terminal 2.

I am Egyptian and I always use RUH Airport the past the airport was one of the most beautiful airports around world wide but now it's become old and immigration and officers staff can not regulate execution well . It's need al lot of improvements

Masha Allah the staff's at the airport were really very kind and friendly...The lightings at the airport were really supereb....Even the airline airhosters are good and they are really treating and welcoming the people well....efficient service.....I landed 2:45 p.m at Saudi but the lightings at the airport were as though it was night .....MASHA ALLAH...

Airport is old and partially under the maintenance works. It has specialized rooms for ladies, disabled and transit passengers, however these spaces are limited. Airport has many food outlets which are clean and relatively cheap. Other Gulf currencies are accepted. Also, vending machines are available. Generally it is good for transit, even slightly crowded.
