Few times went thru connecting international flights from this airport, never had any reason to complain, when in Saudi Arabia it feels you are among your family, nobody out of place on this airport, wonderful aspect is restaurants and shops give you cheaper things here than any other international airport, I don't understand it but like it so much, Riyadh is welcoming so also this airport

Maintained well and services are improving to international standards as it should be since this is the center of GCC leader Saudi Arabia. The service of 5 yrs back can be an forgotten history with their new updated services.

Have plenty of coffee shops, but suggest you to get things from meed below to save some bucks, duty free shop is filled with needy goods to serve you on the fly and gift to someone you care.

Alhamdulillah after a long time going back to country

Terrible airport... there is hardly anything there which really sucks when your stuck there for hours waiting for the connecting flight

Bad and old airport needs to be completely restructured .......

Terminals are quiet small,passengers services :food,drinks,shopin are minimal A lot of changes seen last couple of years but still need more improvement.

Airport service improved recently. Things are getting better. still need to improve on baggage deliveries.

The place is very cool, but the commitment to the dates of the trips is very, very bad

King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) opened for operations in late 1983. Until then, what is now Riyadh Air Base served commercial flights to and from Riyadh. Increased international and local air transport requirements for Riyadh made the change necessary. Riyadh Air Base, which is much closer to the city center, is operated by the Royal Saudi Air Force.

This airport consists of 5 passenger terminals (only three of which are in use), with eight aero-bridges each, a mosque, covered and uncovered car parking for 11,600 vehicles, an additional Royal Terminal (for the kingdom's guests, government heads, and Saudi royal family use), a central control tower (one of the world's tallest), and two parallel runways, which are each 4,260 metres (13,980 ft) long. The land area allocated for this airport is among the largest (Second-largest, after King Fahd International Airport) in the world.

Piece of art. Very clean and well organized , Alfursan lounge was great with very comfortable seats and diverse food and snacks and drinks

there is no sitting place for men in waiting area at international flight terminals. they provided only for family, so where to seat if flight is delayed. Behavior of airport staff is also rude in that particular area. this should be taken under consideration. please!!!!!!

The terminal has changed 100%. Now, full of all f&b toys and accessories shops similar to Dubai....the termial is not thetr as yet but great change

Very nice place with stylish interiors . Having a lot of seats for passengers for waiting. Provides very fast and free wifi service, only need to register with your mobile no. Friendly and helpful staffs for your service. Fast luggage delivery and You will get all type of taxi services outside the airport easily and fast

It is improving and better than previous. Checking Counter staff and most of the Saudi Staff are cordial and joyfull. Need to advise rude ground handling staff from Bangaladesh, India +. They are unnecessarily shouting at passengers as I observed. Good ambience.

Newly opened domestic terminal is fantastic and maintained to match international standards. i have mostly used Terminal-1, This place is quiet crowded during peak time. Security check and immigration is happens very quickly. The immigration staff has great respect for women travelers. I have seen many times they are given preference first. There is a small food court with fast food chains.

If you are coming to drop some one then u will find lot of space for paid parking and its cheap.
only problem is less number of check in counters, if you are checking into big flights like boeing 777 then you will have to wait in a long queue.

Improves significantly and, God willing, becomes the best airport in the world

An airport that has been refurbished and its services are very good

I was greeted by flies. Airport cleaners made me line up in the wrong check in counter. LCD TVs are useless. There aren't even signs that say what airline counter you're in. Airport personnel are rude. They sound like they're always angry. They shout at passengers "yalla yalla!"

The airport is great, beautiful, and often clean.
Needs more regulation,
And reporting the change of the gate, if only an hour before, for example, not 5 minutes.
Change expensive prices.
As for parking, its arrangement is sweet and helps you remember the location of the car.

It was very typical and different type of airport where I visited. Not too big and not so confusing place. Comfortable airport.
