Its mind boggling construction! Real testament to human spirit. Really worth seeing during day time and night time as they light it up beautifully and sometimes even project movies!

I could watch the IMAX several times and not get tired of it. Definitely see it if you've got the chance.

Saw the imax movie. The screen was huge but the movie was sub par like it was made in the sixties and hasn't been updated since. However, it was educational about the Grand canyon and certain shots of the river were cool on the big screen.

Long drive, but totally amazing. Well worth the trip.

This has been my favorite NatGeo store for a while. Not really for the customer service, but for the product and services they provide. There is a food area, along with a store, and Imax experience showing you the expeditions of the first survayers of the Colorado river and the grand canyon. Also, this store sells alot of product with BOTH nat geo and grand canyon written on it. That is something very key to me, which is why enjoy buying the clothes as well. They use excellent brands for their logo and even has it's own khul store in the back.

Jeep tour was fantastic. Guide was excellent and we had a great time.

It's way overpriced. The people don't understand that when you speak through a mask and a plexiglass wall you need to speak up. They acted like they really didn't want to be there.

Unfortunately it was so visibility was awful nonetheless it was a good day January 24-21

It takes your breath away!! I was in an emotional/spiritual state like your one with it! Let me say," it was beautiful"!!!!!!

Chaotic, basically a giant gift shop. Free wifi. Has some (expensive) food, but we prefer to eat at the pizza place across the street. I enjoyed the imax movie.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful to get us oriented with the park. Stopping here before going into the actual park was a huge help and has helped make the trip to the canyon outstanding.

The only one of the 7 Natural Wonders Of The World that is in the USA. What's better than that is it's in our home state of Arizona, pictures don't even come close to doing it justice!!

Picked up a Pink Jeep canyon tour from here, also saw the IMAX film of the canyon exploration history.

Oh my God! Amazing!!!!! Pictures don't do justice.....very cold and windy when I went....even got to see snow ....not a lot but enough to see it falling. 30 dollars pays for 5 days all access to see the Grand Canyon..was here on December 11th sunset was great!....another heads up....food in this area is very expensive! Don't eat at the McDonald's in there you'll pay and a arm and a leg...plus don't speed...state troopers do clock cars going inthe Park.

Fun to walk around and check out the exhibits. They also have a large selection of souvenirs and gifts. We didn't get food but there is a small cafeteria near the IMAX theater.

It's more of a tourist trap to sell you things that are over priced.

You can't beat the IMAX experience, pretty awesome adventure.

Nice center providing information on geographical importance and guide for on going tour to the Grand Canyon. Also IMAX, Pizza Hut, gift shop etc available in this complex.

Nice place! Plenty to buy for sure. Very informative staff! Better than at the Canyon itself.

Very busy but a fun place to explore! We watched the IMAX Grand Canyon movie! It was really fun and an adventure! Staff was overwhelmed and actually quite rude. Didn't think my 82 year old dad needed to be treated rudely for just buying tickets.

Although not as "fancy" as in the web photos...the staff was great and the IMax movie of the history was fantastic!!

Very helpful. Salesman trying to pitch his tours, but willing to share good park advice and sell a park ticket with no markup. Didn't buy a tour, bit I really appreciated the advice.

Awesome finding a NG visitor center here. They have some great maps!

Very clean and interesting information, also cool products

Would have given 5 stars (IMAX film very good), but the pork stir fry at the Pizza Hut Express was to this date, the worst food I've ever had. Including combat tour of Afghanistan. Almost suggest getting it just so people can see how bad food can really be. Pizza was probably alright. They sell clothing & packs, etc. At very high prices, but hey, it ain't Walmart.

Good history on the grand canyon. But nothing like seeing it in real life

Friendly staff, reasonably priced merchandise and spotless bathrooms.

Small tourist stop with food, excellent ice cream, an (obviously) overpriced gift shop and a couple of tours. We took the Pink Jeep tour ($115 per person for the 3 hour tour of the Grand Canyon) and our driver Chase was informative and friendly and took some great family photos for us. When we returned we watched the Grand Canyon IMAX film which told some amazing history of the early settlers of the canyon.

This was the first time I had ever been there and the view was amazing.

One of the nicest views and memories in my lifetime.

Everything is fine except that there is no pass for (1) day ... Only for a week at least.

Clean but the show was about the hostory of grand canyon .. expecting more

The Imax movie is offensive and outdated. The visitor center is helpful with a nice gift shop, but there are plenty of other options inside the park.

I highly suggest people use the pink Jeep tour in the visitor center. Mike or 'Blue' was our guide and he was beyond amazing.
