Wonderfully entertained with the kids !! Really recommended.
Wonderfully entertained with the kids !! Really recommended.
Very cool if you are into aviation. Could be a bit more interactive.
There is no food or drink available (there is nothing about it on the website so you would at least expect to get something to eat outside and if you ask you will be treated like an idiot), many things that the children could play with are closed and in front of the planes where you can stand in rows of people. You shouldn't be here in corona time.
Nice exhibition but not really wheelchair friendly many thresholds and the lighting was poor
Nice collection of planes, but the collection is not very big.
Hangar 2 worthwhile especially with a chat from a volunteer. Access is not really cheap and consumptions either, but that does not spoil the fun.
Very informative. Enjoy the story told by the guide. Good place for kids. A lot to do and discovery for children.
If you stay quiet for a moment, you can enjoy yourself here. There is a lot of historical aviation. Also watch the movie of an old dc10 that was flown back to the Netherlands. If you have seen this film, you look differently at the collection and the effort needed to get this together.
Very well done, from the beginning of aviation until today. Many planes to visit, even a Boeing 747! Good parking and children's playground.
Fun and interesting, interactive museum! Super friendly staff, they take the time for you. The museum is being rebuilt temporarily, that is noticeable, but there is still plenty to see and do. Fun for the kids!
Huge collection of aircraft, from the oldest to the modern. Some aircraft such as the Flying Dutchman and the Boeing 747 can also be visited from the inside. Furthermore, a nice 4D film and a few flight simulators.
Special is the historic building of the Amsterdam Municipal Airport. Beautiful location on the edge of Lelystad Airport with a view of the take-off and landing planes.
Great beautiful museum really recommended for people who love planes
Super fun outing.
Nice museum.
A lot of information.
The children (son 6 yrs, daughter 4 yrs) enjoyed it. So do I.
Good museum, old and new airplanes. Very interesting exhibition.
It was being rebuilt so it wasn't that big immediately got new free tickets arranged top
Fun for young and old. There is plenty to do for the children. Inside and outside. A treasure hunt for the children. With a pilot or sterwardessen diploma afterwards. History for interested people.
Unfortunately, the visitor drowns. You do not know where to start and therefore do not have enough time for the indoor or outdoor exhibition. Hangar 2 is touted, but you can not add anything!
Aviodrome is a nice museum for young and old. Children can get their license
Wonderful museum with special planes. Nice that you can also view some aircraft inside.
Great museum. Suitable for children. Lacks English explanations
I was there with 3 kids aged 8 and 9. The entrance was already messy, nobody at the till and the entrance further gave a cold, chilly atmosphere. The catering industry is really shockingly expensive ... 5 soft drinks and 2 sausages almost 23, -.
The setup inside is nice in itself, but not really fun for young children. Railings too high, English spoken stories and made little interesting. The small play areas meant that they could lose their energy for a while, but not pleasant for the adults to sit there. Very noisy and the steel seats, make you don't want to stay there for long. I can't call it a day out with young kids, I'd rather go somewhere else.
Nice museum with good structure in telling the aviation history.
Lots to see, nice museum. The Boeing 747 is a great attraction! For small and large enough to entertain you for a day.
Well and well-arranged museum. Highly recommended to visit this in combination with a visit to Lelystad airport. Especially with good weather!
Nice theme park, in combination with Flight Simulator days
A good overview of the history of aviation. Now they are renovating, but in August they are completely restored.
We were positively surprised how great the museum is :) we were there with our daughter 3 1/2 and there were several places where they could play so it was not boring for them either
Super nice there. Great park for anyone interested in the history of aviation
The children who love planes and everything about it will definitely love this museum!
Great also for little kids
My 3, 6 and 8 year old did their pilot exam with a lot of fun!!
Instructive. Maintenance on the outdoor setup is better
Fun for children, instructive for parents (and children)
Nice museum. For the children sufficient playground. Especially within enough to see. Except for some overdue maintenance here and there.
Very nice. Especially for families with young children (under 12 years old). Really recommended.
More fun than I thought. Lots of fun sights and activities, also for toddlers.
Nice museum. You will be taken through the history of aviation in a fun way. Unfortunately due to corona not seeing or doing certain things.
Very nice design and recommended for young and old.
Very large theme park. Many historic aircraft including WWII but also place for contemporary technology. A place where you can stay for a day. Eating with a pleasant service is also possible.
With little Kids this is fun to go to. A lot to do, pilots passport etc. You can easily spend 4 hours here! Note the steps to enter planes that are sometimes slippery.
There is also plenty of choice to play. There are also plenty of people who explain in a fun way for the children.
Nice but many planes were not open. The entrance price was quite expensive and the store products were too expensive. An example here is a plane for 30 and online costs around 15
A museum that even adults can enjoy. I thought that the jumbo had flown, but I carried it on the canal.
The museum is very nice and especially educational.
Children find very learning. I also learned a lot myself
A museum with a very exclusive collection with the history of aviation and the role of klm and Anthony breeder in it, and here you can also admire one of the last still flying Douglas dc2
This is very nice and the children aged 2 and 6 have a lot of fun and of course we have.
Nice to go with children unfortunately, both flight simulators were not open
Nice museum for young and old and something for everyone
Wanted to blow myself up but it turned out to be a museum very unfortunate
Very nice! The kids love airplanes and also flew for the first time last month (went super, 1 and 3 years old).
Very informative, and fun to see the history of aviation and the like. Well worth a visit, and we will definitely go there again.
Very nice set up, the tour is definitely recommended, really a day out for the whole family
Nice set-up and you end up somewhere where you normally don't go.
It is very nice to go there, just like us with the grandchildren enough for a day to entertain you.
What we find scandalous for years (we are not the only ones around us) the prices in the lunchroom are ridiculous prices.
Why put it down so childish again? In the Netherlands, all these outings seem to be tackled for children, while it is really a grown-up theme. Take the Berlin Aviation Museum or the Parisian one. That is at least seriously put down and nothing less interesting for children. Fabeltjeskrant land here ...
Very interesting, a lot to see: many planes and history, for kids and grown-ups.
Nice set up definitely recommended for families with small children
