Yesterday with 3 grandchildren (4.8 and 11 years) they thought it was great
First piece of "real" museum a bit boring for the youngest, but once further on intparcoirs it only became more fun
Kids also enjoyed being allowed IN the planes. The oldest two have been at least 9 times in the simulator (outside) couldn't get enough !!
4D movie really nice too. Also outside fun activities for the kids we had beautiful weather All in all had a nice day !!!!!!

A fantastic aviation museum which will appeal to all ages . Plenty to see and do both inside and out and a main museum building packed full of aeroplanes with some even hanging from the ceiling !
The cafe is good with both hot and cold drinks and food plus a well stocked shop with excellent attentive staff always on hand to help .

Nice museum.

Nice museum.
Plenty to do for the kids.

It is a pity that you have to pay 7.50 parking costs in addition to your tickets.

Aviodrome does not know whether it wants to be a children's park or a serious aviation museum. Too much aimed at children, and it seems like an advertisement only for KLM.
Aviodrome reflects the Schiphol experience very well on 1 point; the prices in the restaurant, poohh, that shocked me.
Very nice displays, good explanations and nice volunteers.
Seen better and cheaper abroad. I will not come back here anytime soon.

Had a nice day, friendly and helpful staff. The museum is quite interactive, with various playing options. We (children 8,6,5 years) enjoyed it!

Nice museum to visit for kids as well as for grown-ups. Good collection of airplanes. You can walk through Boeng 747 and Constellation. It is allowed to sit in the cockpit of Antonov-2

The replica of the old Schiphol aeroport building gives a feeling of 50s. If the weather is good the runway of Lelystad airport is busy. There is a good view on it from the museum territory.

The easiest way to get there is by a car. Parking is convenient but not free ( 6)

Highly recommended for all aviation-lovers !

Bad experience. No playground equipment for grandchildren open. No chair or bench available for something to eat / drink. Disappointing. Dare to ask so much money for so little entertainment. Scandalous. The museum itself looks nice and extensive. We are not going any longer.

If you like planes, this is a nice place. Located at Lelystad airport. View the old Schiphol reception building, the halls full of planes or enter the Simulator. Really a do activity with children. Free parking. Restaurant and shop available.

Nice museum, very informative. Our toddler would have liked to see more planes where she could enter herself. Certainly with the Corona measures it is also a long wait for your turn. Anyway, there is nothing Aviodrome can do about it. The playing options have made up for a lot. In any case, for adults there is also enough to keep you entertained for a few hours.

The parking costs (7.50) are somewhat extremely high for the place. For the electric drivers: the charging stations are not the fastest kind.

It is all KLM minded, but there is also a lot of aviation history.

Nevertheless, a fun day out for young and old. Tribute also to the volunteers who explain in various places.

Great enjoyed.

Great enjoyed.
For young and old.
Impressive how everything is and how it started in aviation.
Was doable despite the corona measures enough space between the people.

Fun

Nice, but not very up to date with regard to the information signs for the exhibited aircraft. Sometimes they are even missing. But if you know something about it, it is definitely worth it.

We were there with our 3 children. Very informative for large and small visitors. You learn a lot about the history of flight. Throughout the exhibition there are many interactive stations that appeal to children in particular but are also interesting for adults. Outside there is a themed playground and a visit to the 4D cinema rounds off the visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful and happy to answer questions in detail and with a lot of patience. Hygiene and distance are ensured in all areas. Well worth a visit and we will definitely go back.

A very nice park ... for the kids to do everything and for adults also interesting. Unfortunately still 6 euros extra pay for parking .. I found very disadvantageous. (Maybe to add 1 car in the price and then have extra cars paid). Inside and out, there's nothing to see ... planes ... but helis and a few old cars ... friendly people who really tell the kids things. Very nice.

Nice museum with an inside and outside part. History of aviation is interesting and goes well with aircraft (replicas) from that time. It is a bit dark inside.
Corona measures a bit messy.
A point of attention is the cleaning of the toilet and catering shop.
