The Y is nice, but I am not happy that everytime I try to sign my child up for swim lessons there are only late times left. I was put on the waitlist for a specific date and time. That should have carried over to the next term. Now I'm stuck going to Hampshire Hills instead. I'm thinking of canceling this Y membership. So frustrating!

After posting the review below on Facebook, they reached out to me and we came to an agreement, however I maintain that their membership prices are too expensive.

While the facilities and staff are excellent, the rates are exorbitant. I was charged $100 for less than a month of membership. Cannot recommend.

Love it! Lovely facilities, polite staff and members, they never play obnoxious music. Only once did I ever have a problem with a workout class instructer, and when I complained they took me seriously and dealt with it right away. It's a great place!

I really like this location. Its clean and modern with friendly service and large. They have an indoor running track upstairs, kid center and nice basketball courts. My wife attends fitness classes there and says they are great. This is one of the best YMCAs I have been to. Sometimes its crowded but depends on the time you go.

2.5 rounded. They are as advertised with more than useable facilities. Pool schedule was unworkable, though. Welcoming, but the pool was often crowded during the day. Also had a bit of a disjointed culture

I agree with the reviewer of the Badminton group. I went to play one day after no one responded to my emails confirming the time/day. They played with me for a little bit. Because I was a beginner/intermediate one of the guys I was playing with couldn't contain his boredom and was playing with me like he was playing with a 5 year old, very insulting. Also, if there are players waiting, common courtesy dictates that after a game (doubles) you allow the person to play. Nope, I waited on the sidelines, while these guys just kept on playing...and playing ...and playing. I eventually just got up and left.
