What I liked best about Mike s service was that at closing, he alerted us to peculiarities that would have seemed off track but in actuality were just regular business transactions. He made sure we were comfortable and not rushed.

What I had hoped for was for Bank if Utah to retain our mortgage in house rather than selling it off. Having a hometown bank that brings wealth to the community is very important to me.

The atm shorted me $120. It was after the branch closed so I called customer service to get help. Customer service informed me I need to go back to the branch to get my money during business hours. I do not have an account with bank of utah and customer service knew that. After taking off work early and driving to the branch they could not do anything for me. Very negative customer experience. The main issue is their customer service initially provided incorrect information delaying me getting my money back and wasting my time. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes.
