Spanking corporate office of the iconic and very popular Delhi Metro, seems to function like clockwork with a very dedicated and capable executive team. A bit of public sector sloth seems to be creeping in though - stairwells stacked with office furniture, and junior staff displaying a bit of an attitude of entitlement.
