I went in to buy a vehicle and it was just way over priced so a salesman told me we don t do business unless your ready to buy well guess what buddy I m not doing business with you after he got another salesman and ganged up on me trying to sign me off on a 700 month payment...I went to Sutherland in Ft Myers and they had way better prices and were way more helpful then the money hungry guys in Naples...

Me and my husband were greeted by a fantastic sale...

Me and my husband were greeted by a fantastic sales rep by the name of Joe Musso. We definitely don't like the haggle game that can take all day, but he made it very short and to the point. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything that we weren't sure about. He also managed to meet every thing we asked for with no problem or hesitation. By far this has been one of our best experiences on buying a new car! I give Joe and Naples Nissan team a 10+.

If you decide to go there because the advertisement you heard in the radio be sure you're car has no mile of use because you get less money for each mile. The advertisement is a lie. Also there's one salesman with a very angry response when you decide not to buy because the deal is not what they said on the phone. His name is something like Tamal, Omar, Jamal. Very rude, he scream at us and offended us in the middle of the showroom. Awful experience.

Great Experience! Oswaldo made this a great experience for me. He worked so hard to help me purchase the Rogue that I wanted. He's kind, patient and honest which is not usually what you anticipate when you go to buy a car. He was a breath of fresh air and made this experience a lot less stressful. I highly recommend that if you are considering buying a Nissan, please contact Oswaldo Montoya. I also have to mention Lori in their Finance Dept. She's great at her job, very thorough and super nice no matter how many questions you have. Great people.

Worst experience ever! They told me one price when I signed for my car and put my down payment then when I went to pick up the car they told me the monthly payment went up $100??? George Carter in the finance department was THE RUDEST human I have ever spoken to. He saw nothing wrong with letting me drive 3 hours to the dealership to tell me this and did not say sorry once. Showed no remorse and when I showed that I was not happy and talked to him with the slightest tone he kicked us out of his office for being rude .

My family and I went in to Naples Nissan two weeks ago and left with a new 2018 Nissan Rogue. It was my first new car in almost 10 years. The sales rep - Daryl Day was awesome. He really worked with my husband and I to get the deal through. The finance manager was awesome as well, and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend Naples Nissan to anyone who is thinking about getting a new car. I love my Rogue and look forward to doing business with Nissan in the future!

On June 10th I walked back in to Naples Nissan to buy another car, I was hoping to take advantage of the so called $8000 over KBB OFFER. I spoke to a sales person the weekend before to explain that my credit was not good because I lost a great job and had to take a big pay cut and that I was having some problems with my Nissan Rogue I bought from them 2 years ago. He was over the top explaining to me to not worry they had a $8000 over KBB and they had no problems getting me financing, what they don t tell you about is the $3500 reconditioning fee they are charging you so now that $8000 went to $4500 over KBB. The first car I bought from them they gave me a military discount (or at least they dropped the price for me) when I asked about it this time the sales manager Ken s response was this we went to war with Japan we invaded their country, Nissan is not going to give you a military discount. If you want that then go to Ford, Dodge or Chevy . Funny when I called the Nissan dealership in Fort Myers they offered an automatic 10% discount. The first time I ever called Naples Nissan and asked for a salesperson I was greeted by the owner Aaron Walker that was the only reason we even went to that dealership, I guess things have changed! I know I ll never buy from there again it s sad because we sent several people there!

When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by a very friendly salesman named Arquimides. He was polite, well mannered, and had a good sense of humor. Not only this, but he was quite knowledgeable. Since we knew what we were looking for, he immediately started checking the inventory. Although the vehicle was not available at this location, he was able to find it at another one. He showed us a similar model, and explained the differences between the one they had and the one we wanted. We then began dealing, and were able to close the deal at a price we were happy with and thought was fair. Arquimides explained all details of the sale, including the service and warranties they provide. Upon pickup, he also went over all aspects of the vehicle with videos when needed. He took us to the service department to show us where to go when we come for the complimentary car washes, and also for service appointments. He even scheduled our first service appointment for us in 6 months. He also gave us a follow-up call to see if we had any questions or concerns. Overall, we had a great car buying experience with an awesome salesperson. All of the staff including the sales manager, finance manager, service manager, and others were very friendly and helpful. We definitely would recommend Naples Nissan!

The Owner, Mr. Walker called and said that we could resolve the problem,. Today, the problematic charges were dropped making good good on the original deal. I have great respect for Naples Nissan now and will highly recommend them.

I would like to share my experience with Naples Nissan Service. I came with my daughter on Friday Jan 30/15 for oil change on her 2013 Nissan Rouge. The person who took care of the service ( Oscar Campos) was excellent. He took care of all our service needs. We have done synthetic oil change and tire rotation.We did not have an appointment, but there was no problem at all. Everything was super fast and easy. We will be back again.
I would like to recommend this dealership to everyone.
Great job everybody. Special Thanks to Mr. Campos for outstanding service.

I drove 85 miles to see a Prius V advertised for $...

I drove 85 miles to see a Prius V advertised for $12,777. I arrived gave them a LOT of info including my SSAN because they said it was necessary. They offered me dirt for my clean car w/ high miles. I drove their car a block and decided I wanted to buy it outright. They brought out a work sheet full of numbers. They put their hand over the numbers and tried to get me to OK a monthly payment. They wanted $800 for a dealer fee which is outrageous but they said Everyone is doing it so it's non-negotiable. Then $297 for a body finish and another $297 for a tint I didn't want and hadn't been applied yet. They said tint or no tint you have to pay $297. There was a FEE of $3000. I asked what it was for and they went on a rant about all the stuff they did. They called it dealer prep. It was for nothing. They had lowered their price to bring me in and then jacked it back up. The $12,777 car Really cost $17,171 nearly $3600 more than advertised. If I knew the REAL price I wouldn't have driven 170 miles. This is the kind of unethical practice you might find in a fly-by-night dealership, not a huge Nissan place with 35 foot ceilings taking up a square block. I doubt BBB would sanction this practice. Beautiful car but I deal with People I trust and that's Not them.

First trip not so much to my wants,next day got a call to return.met with Iran Miranda who listened to what I wanted and did everything to.get me what I wanted .I told him what my needs were and my bottom lines were. Without trying to bend me over ,he put no pressure on us to go over y.needs and even stayed overtime to make it happen.I felt ,because of his listening skills to customers I bent a little to my bottom line.I left with the car I wanted
Being able to listen and allow a customer.put in their imput made him great and the sale.kust found out ,even though happy with my Rouge,that with a 685 credit score,they went to way too many sources to get my loan that dropped my credit 13 points

They just don t care....

They just don t care....
This is not my first bad experience with Naples Nissan but will be the last after today.
I did not purchase my current Nissan from them because of issues with the service department.
Today was the last straw after visiting the parts counter. After waiting a while to an empty counter I was immediately looked at though I was unable to do the task at hand suggesting that I needed to have their service department do the work as he started writing up the sale to install my parts I questioned that the part may not be what I needed and asked if I could open it to confirm the kit was for both sides of my roadster the answer was only if you buy it first words we exchange by the employee to the extent of F/ off with him slamming the door which was heard in the lobby full of customers.

I was asked by an employee if I would like to talk to a manager after 3 calls a manage came to check on the issue. Again waiting which seemed like a lifetime only to have another employee come out and ask what car I drove.
At this point it was time to leave....
Waiting to discuss the incident with the GM,

In the defense of the parts employee he did not know or ask my qualifications which is over 40 years of working on my own vehicles from changing tires to rebuilding engines, gear boxes everything mechanical.

Went to buy a new car yesterday, was greeted by a salesman that did not introduce himself. After asking what we were looking for, he offered a Versa. Was very obnoxiously pushing a test drive, but would never tell me a price for the car. Also never mentioned the year of car. Very unprofessional. After asking for our car key back multiple times, the salesman went back into the building claiming my husband was being mean. My husband had to ask a manager for the key. They lost a customer yesterday.

We just purchased a vehicle from Naples Nissan, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Abraham Rodriguez and Cesar Gonzalez were determined to find us the perfect vehicle to meet our needs and price point. Lori Rao made certain that we understood every part of the finance contract, and directed us to other options, available through Nisson, that were definitely beneficial to our purchase. Ken Chavis found some small paint defects that we had not noticed. He immediately made an appointment to repair the paint issues, and I was offered a free rental car. Mr.Walker, owner of Naples Nisson, came to the showroom to meet us and make sure that we received the best deal possible.
When pondering on describing our experience at Naples Nisson, my husband and I both agreed that you are treated like family.

I was coerced and under high pressure from them on buying their lifetime warranty, permaplate,and tints I didn't want. A sales associate online said that they would do Suncoast so I can get finance assistance but then they forced me to get a loan from SunTrust with a apr of 6.75%! So now I have to refinance with Suncoast to get a better Apr! I was lured in coming here after work after seeing their online post I attached below.Only to find out their reconditioning costs was 2375 dollars and they didn't provide me with records/evidence of any worked performed only saying they provided me with new tires. So I ended up leaving with this vehicle spending 14k and financing 12k. Spoke with sales manager the next day to remove lifetime warranty and to put down 2k and finance 10k and all they said all I could do was to repossess the vehicle through SunTrust. At least I got a Honda Civic with 41000miles

Thanks to the great guys at Naples Nissan for turning what could have been a terrible Monday morning into a very pleasant experience!

My low tire pressure warning came on while driving to work. I pulled into the dealership and they found a nail along the edge. Even though they have to order a new tire, it will be fixed by the end of the day. Oscar jumped on the phone right away to verify my roadside assistance plan would cover part of the replacement cost. Gary was kind enough to shuttle me to the office, and I was only two minutes late for my 9 a.m. meeting.

Naples Nissan is the only service place I have used since moving here three years ago. With above-and-beyond service like this, you can bet I'll keep coming back.

My husband Jack and I went in a little over a week ago and met Matt Johnson. We told him what we were looking for, the amount we wanted to spend and he found us the perfect car. We highly recommend Nissan of Naples and Matt Johnson. We will definitely go there again to purchase a car. Never once while we there did will feel pressured into buying a vehicle and Matt made the car buying experience very easy and stress free.

Prices seemed good, but fees made them far higher than what their ad implies. Don't go there unless you're certain you're buying a car. They do not like negotiating or being asked questions.

Edit: shortly after leaving this review, I was told I am no longer welcome at this dealership. They wouldn't explain if this review was the reason for banning me.

Marcos is extremely knowledgeable about this Pathfinder we wanted and is willing to answer any and all questions you may have. He takes the time to understand your needs and what you are looking for. BEWARE, FALSE RADIO AD! NAPLES NISSAN WILL NOT HONOR IT! NOR WILL THEY CALL YOU BACK!

Very disappointed! No one from Naples Nissan made any return contact with me to resolve this issue, following Aaron Walker's initial "robotic" scripted response to my negative Google review. A response obviously just to save face and the loss of future customers from internet sales, because my emails and calls have not been returned since my first visit and comment! They also continue to run the phony "$2000 cash in your hand" radio ad that they still have not honored! Quit misleading people, this is not the first time I had a bad experience here! Look up their reviews on YELP before buying a car with them.....looks like a lot of bad comments about the service department and service after the purchase!

I was very disappointed with my visit to your dealership. I decided to shop your lot in part due to your ad running non-stop on the radio, and part due to your persistent sales person. After arriving and wasting a good part of my day at your dealership, with no one to help me, I found the radio ad that originally brought me to your dealership, was in fact just a bunch of hot air. Instead, of receiving the $2,000 cash back for purchasing a new or used vehicle as advertised, I was solicited for $5,000 cash out of my pocket to make a purchase. I have purchased many new vehicles in the past that did offer cash rebates as part of an incentive program to purchase, but sadly this is not the case with your offer. This is wrong and your dealership should explain to unassuming buyers, that the source of the "$2,000 cash" is part of their actual car loan. So the buyers are not only paying themselves the $2,000 cash back, but they end up also paying interest on that money. Disappointing to say the least!

showed up an hour before they closed the service department (I don't recommend to do this) and they treated me like it was completely fine. Even though I'm pretty sure they were ll ready to go home since it was Friday evening. I was leaving town so I really needed an oil change, everywhere else was too busy for walk in's and were passed the point of tacking appointments. Daniel Toledo saved the day and accommodated all of my last minute needs. Truly an asset to this company. not sure if they compensate him well enough but he sure works hard to accomplish 100% guest/customer satisfaction.

I placed a simple phone call to ask how much their dealer fee was. I was transferred 3 times and each time the fool pretended they didn't know what a dealer fee was. Finally the last person said '695' after a short but exhausting conversation. Based on that alone I would never go here, I don't deal with incompetent people.

I've left 5 messages regarding the permaplate I paid extra for and still no return call. Very irritated with the lack of service after the sale.

After over two hours with clear expectations we left without any chance of getting a new vehicle. Salesman was nice but in the end they spin a web of deceit and insulting how little value they offered. And when we were leaving I asked for the gift card, the finance guy said we don't have any. Just heard the commercial while on the way there. The handed us some discount card for certain retailers we never heard of. Use due diligence and avoid this. Wasted time very disappointed.

I drove 3 hours from The Villages in Central Florida to have my 2014 Murano serviced where I bought it. As the owner of two Nissans, I'll be making more trips to Naples and getting my service done at Naples Nissan while in town.

Way overpaid for the price of the vehicle. Sales man new nothing and we were told our truck was equipped with certain features and it wasn't. Only to find this out after signing the lease. Salesman admitted to his mistake yet management did nothing to help us out. Could have gotten the same truck 10k cheaper a Sutherland Nissan.

Went here in the am, got a quote, and Rick was able to bring it down some. Decided to look at HUGE Fucillo Kia to explore all options at around 10am, Rick said he would keep working to try to get us a better financing deal. After a horrible experience at kia (we weren't able to leave until 3), Rick called with great news. We were back, financed, all paperwork done and driving out within an hour and a half. Needless to say we should have just stayed at naples Nissan. Great staff, all of them worked hard and efficient to get us what we wanted and needed. Even the financing manager was not pushy about add ons, being honest about what he thought we did our did not need based on our budget, and was not rude when we declined things. At no point did anyone make us feel stupid, or get irritated with any of our questions, or our need to talk in private or its wanting to read all the fine print.Rick took us through all our new cars features and even filled the tank for us. Great guy, great dealership. Most important, an honest dealership.
