They just don t care....

They just don t care....
This is not my first bad experience with Naples Nissan but will be the last after today.
I did not purchase my current Nissan from them because of issues with the service department.
Today was the last straw after visiting the parts counter. After waiting a while to an empty counter I was immediately looked at though I was unable to do the task at hand suggesting that I needed to have their service department do the work as he started writing up the sale to install my parts I questioned that the part may not be what I needed and asked if I could open it to confirm the kit was for both sides of my roadster the answer was only if you buy it first words we exchange by the employee to the extent of F/ off with him slamming the door which was heard in the lobby full of customers.

I was asked by an employee if I would like to talk to a manager after 3 calls a manage came to check on the issue. Again waiting which seemed like a lifetime only to have another employee come out and ask what car I drove.
At this point it was time to leave....
Waiting to discuss the incident with the GM,

In the defense of the parts employee he did not know or ask my qualifications which is over 40 years of working on my own vehicles from changing tires to rebuilding engines, gear boxes everything mechanical.
I don t do body work..
