Naples Harley-Davidson Review

Got to Harley a little early Dory made the wait for my appointment feel like a breeze.

Scammed and pressured my wife for 3 hours to buy a 2018 RG CVO. She said she couldn't afford it. Kept giving her beer. Sold her maintenance and extended warranty. Over $40,000 for a $35000 bike with 20000 miles. Bike was delivered Sunday and she said take it back . They offered her $10,000 less to buy it back. Go to a different dealership. Stay away from this problem stealer.

Just bought a 2015 Street Bob love it AJ helped thru the whole process and was awesome Chloe at the desk was also just as awesome and helpful highly recommend you go see these guys if your even remotely thinking about a bike!

Dory is really cool. I ve seen her around a few times and every time I ve talked to her she s always smiling and wants to do everything she can to help out people.

Very poor service from sales personnel. Also very poor way to do business. Would highly recommend you go somewhere else to buy a bike.

I am not a owner of a Harley but my son and his wife love to ride and while on a trip to Fort Myers I found your location and was thrilled to find gifts to take back to them and their kids. Chloe at the front desk was such a great help and gave us all the information we needed!

Six bends took really good care of me as a Veteran. My salesman was Rob, he answered all my questions. Christie helped me as well as willie and they got everything I wanted. I recommend Six Bends Harley when it comes to getting great deals!!

Stopped by this dealership to get one of their location t-shirts while on vacation in the area. The staff was probably the most friendly and outgoing staff I have ever encountered at a dealership. While we were just there for a shirt, the staff was quick to answer any questions we had and even fired up a couple of bikes we were interested in. The ladies in the apparel section offered their assistance when looking for different sizes and a quick check out. If I lived in the area and was in the market for a Harley, I would definitely buy from them.

I have not been in this country for a long time. I came into Rockstar not knowing what to expect. AJ treated me like family and it was very nice experience.

RHD is an awesome place, it s gorgeous, clean, well ran, and the staff are all super polite and courteous. I met Dory, the customer experience manager And she was extremely helpful answering all my questions. I had high expectations for RHD when I walked in and Dory exceeded them!

I broke down far from home. They sent a tow immediately and were able to fix me up so I could get home. They were professional and nice. Thank you Rockstar.

Be careful with the sales and finance guys. I specifically asked them to not run my credit until we found out if they would be able to give me book on my trade-in. They ran my credit any way. This was extremely unprofessional and against my wishes. I will not use Six Bends to purchase my next bike.

Brought my Sport Glide in for its 10,000 mile service. I m always greeted by smiling, friendly faces. Travis in service took care of me immediately. This was a 3-4 hour service that I chose to wait for. Daz (my preferred technician) got started on my bike right away. While waiting, Savannah, in apparel, walked me around and showed me all the new stuff and how they had rearranged the department. All went well with the service and Caitlin A. In service sent me on my way with a smile due to her friendliness and great sense of humor. When I got home I immediately noticed I had picked up a screw in my rear tire. I called Travis Clark and he told me they had a tire in stock and to bring my bike over right away and they would take care of me. As a result, I spent most of my day at Rockstar HD and couldn t have had a more pleasant day. My thanks go out to Travis, Daz, Caitlin and Savannah for making this another great experience at Rockstar HD.

I love this location. Everyone is always welcoming and they truly do their best to make sure all the customers happy. I love being greeted by Crazy April. She is the best!! They have some fun rides and great concerts on the weekend. We have bought 2 bikes there and had great experiences with Christy both times.

Suzi Garcia was great to work with! She took care of my dad and laughed at his jokes. Watch out world he is back on 2 wheels

Six Bends HD have been spend plenty of time showing my spouse and I each weekend all new and used bikes available.
Then finally 2/7/19 at Rockstar HD Jacob and Suzi worked me over selling me a new 2019 HD FORTY EIGHT Blue with lightning down the tank. It is my new baby, awesome motorcycle. Love it and them for selling me it. See it below, recommend ROCKSTAR To every cycle enthusiast. My first HD.

Between parts guys who can't stop talking to each other long enough to take care of a customer standing directly in front of them and a salesman that claims to be a Marine and then showed me his army tattoo, I'm never doing business with this place again. I'm putting the word out to the veteran community to go elsewhere. Get bent, Six Bends.

Six Bends rental, not bike I ordered, and very very dirty bike. Would give 1 Star, but they had free coke and snacks.

Went to six bends to test ride a road glide and Mac did a great job. Took us out and swapped bikes half way through, came back and spoke with Rachel & Savannah who were very friendly and made our experience great! Will definitely be coming back!

I bought a 2019 heritage here the salesman twinkle was excellent but the finance guy is a hard sell liar. Beware of him setting up autopay it's free at your bank $399 plus $3 and change per transaction. Once your purchase is over they dont care. They owed me a key fob and they never delivered or returned calls. I finally called harley davidson customer support and they called the dealer. They finally called back and said they would order one. No explanation as why it wasnt allready done or why no return calls. If you want to buy a bike and not be valued as a customer this is the place. As for me I'll go further up the road.

Great people from around the country all gathered in one destination not just a dealership. A great place to take a riding class, pick up some traveling trinkets or a quart of oil for your "HoG". Worth the trip from anywhere ~V.
