I bought a 2019 heritage here the salesman twinkle was excellent but the finance guy is a hard sell liar. Beware of him setting up autopay it's free at your bank $399 plus $3 and change per transaction. Once your purchase is over they dont care. They owed me a key fob and they never delivered or returned calls. I finally called harley davidson customer support and they called the dealer. They finally called back and said they would order one. No explanation as why it wasnt allready done or why no return calls. If you want to buy a bike and not be valued as a customer this is the place. As for me I'll go further up the road.
