I have to say the experience you receive at Rockstar Harley is like nothing else I ve ever seen, they are always there to talk to you when you need help thanks again to Chris and Jake for making me trade in my old fat boy on a new road glide limited I love the bike! And the fact that they have a customer relations person (Dory) that s always there to make sure that customers are happy is just amazing!

I came in last week. AJ gave me just the right amount of push to make this happen. My wife and I are looking forward to all the riding in our future.

I never been to a Harley Davidson before but I was welcomed by a really nice salesman Ian I. He made my experience worth while and was so so helpful. I don t know much about Harley but I am a huge fan now because of him! Thank you so much Ian and Harley Davidson!

Had a flawless experience from top to bottom with Will the Fit Specialist, Jared and Ricky. Came in for a maintenance on an 883 and was asking Tina about engine upgrades and she walked me over to the new 2019 FXDR, took a test ride and was sold on it immediately. All the guys and gals involved helped me get the bike of my dreams. I left with that FXDR same day and no issues. Thanks bunches .

I just want to thank Travis,Laura,Dani,Don & Gabe in the service department at Six Bends for such a great experience. Took my Road Glide to have it repaired thinking it would take a week or so and they had it ready in 2 days. I was informed more than once on how it was going and when I arrived to pick it up they seen me and pulled my bike out before paper work was done. Bike was washed and ready to ride. Can t find better service than this place.

We started with Chloe and Dory but there wasn t a person who helped us (and there were many!) who wasn t awesome! Friendly, expedient, helpful and everyone seemed as excited as us. Definitely made my first Harley experience the perfect, memorable experience!

This was my first Internet Purchase and it can be a little scary do large dollar purchases over the Net and the phone. The Rock Star Team of Jake and Kyle put me at easy and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process.

Jake H. the Sales Rep, took super great care of me during the whole process. I would highly recommend him as your sales choice if you decide to buy there. They have an Awesome Team to work with.

Some of the sales people have little to no knowledge of the bikes. The finance lady in the office is bullheaded and wasn't willing to pick the phone up and call the bank to ask about getting the down payment lowered. So I purchased my bike from another dealer in the area with the down payment I wanted. Though the same bank. I wouldn't recommend Six Bends for any bike purchase. One of the worse Dealers for sales I have ever been too.

For someone who doesn t know much about Harley s, I was intimidated walking in. I shouldn t have been though. All the employees were great, Ian I. especially. Ian made my visit awesome and he really knew his stuff. Will definitely be back in.

I went to Rockstar today and was Greeted by Dory and Aj they both where of fantastic help to me and made me feel vary welcomed. I highly recommend going here and saying Hi to dory she s the cxi manager and she s just the sweetest girl you will ever meet. Then when it comes time to buy a bike make sure you ask for Aj he s vary knowledgeable and you can tell her passionate about what he does. Love this place can t wait to come back!

LIARS LIARS LIARS!!!! They advertise motorcycles for low prices to get you in the door and then pull a bait and switch. I specifically asked several times if a motorcycle that I was interested in was still available for sale and they promised it was. I drove 2 hours to come and see it and told me it had sold right before I got there. Unfortunately, I've heard the story from many other customers. I personally will be traveling outside the area to buy my next motorcycle.

Charles Spradling asked me about my wants and concerns and found the bike that was perfect for me. Even after I bought the bike Charles helps me with any questions I have and personally guides me where I need to go in the store.

Thanks 6-Bends and Brian for getting us back on the road with a new tire. They got us in quickly and Brian got us out in a timely manner, he even set me up for a test ride on a new Milwaukee 8 while we waited, nice bike!

I've been going to Six Bends since it has opened. I gave a review on here before and it wouldn't let me add a new one so I had to delete it. Six Bends is now under New Ownership and many new faces in the delearship as well. I had the pleasure to speak with a gentlemen named Joshua Del monaco. Hopefully I spelled it right lol. Josh was very knowledgeable about Harleys and was also very friendly and helpful. I'll be coming back to shop here more often again. If and when I choose to buy a new bike. I will definitely be dealing with Joshua. Thanks for all your help and knowledge Joshua Del Monaco. Glad to see Six Bends doing much better in all departments.

I bought a used bike back in February of this year and the day I bought it, everyone was great, but my experiences after that have fallen far short of expectations....it seemed like staff was going through the motions to get through the day and couldn t have cared less about their customers....until yesterday when I met Tina in the service department. I can t say enough wonderful things about her. She is extremely knowledgeable, showed sincere care and concern for my issue and went above and beyond to help. I am so impressed with her customer service skills, she should teach a class for the rest of your staff! Hopefully she remains on your staff for a long time to come...she is an asset you want to have!

Laura is phenomenal. Always greets me with a smile and makes me feel like family. Went in to get my bike washed and Johnny and Junior did a great job. Honestly this place is great! The people, the service is always great! Kristi at the finance dept is a rockstar.

I reached out to my Sales guy Jake yesterday, Jared and Jake sold me my roadster a year ago and they still follow up with me on a Consistent basis and I really appreciate it and Dory has been amazing making sure my experience is always amazing at Rockstar, it s amazing working in this industry and seeing that dealerships still care about their customers
