My son and I went in to purchase a motorcycle and felt we had a fair price worked out until the bottom line paperwork where they added $1,400 to a $6,000 purchase. They called it there normal fees to the dealership. I was not happy as tax tag license and dealer fees did not add up to $1,400 in my mind. Everything in the store is of high quality and you get what you pay for. The dealership fees are really my only complaint as I feel they are extremely high. Also when we test drove the bike my son noticed some oil leaking from the engine which he noted to the sales representative. We were assured that they would look at it and that after they looked at it it passed inspection. When we got the bike home it was leaking again, they obviously just clean the engine and said it was fine, not providing any actual repairs. We did complain to the management and the management brought it in saw the original paperwork and comments that we had noted during our initial test drive. They did fix the bike at their cost but not until we brought it to their attention that our complaint was on the original paperwork. For this reason it's a four-star out of 5.
