Come in to look at a freewheeler was working on getting a freewheeler when out side walking looked at a 11 try glide and it is over voodoo did what he needed and Kristi took chair of the rest what a great feeling to have this kind of help like this

My wife took me in for the first time and it was awesome! Chloe and the other staff were great. Awesome atmosphere! The salesmen AJ was very nice and helpful. When I purchase my first Harley he'll definitely be my go to salesmen.
Thank you Savannah, Nancy H, and Jimmy! We brought in our 3 year olds mini Harley bike that quit running, cost nearly $1,000! They were very helpful, it ended up just being a blown fuse, but they helped us out a lot more than they had to! Walked out of the store with it running, put back together and all!
Scheduled my first 1,000 mile service the first part of December. Asked for Syn-3 in all holes and was quoted a price of $360. Showed up for Monday appointment and they had it down wrong. I confirmed having Syn-3 and the price of $360. Picked up bike and bill was over $400. Her excuse was she must have quoted me wrong and trikes are a little more. I did a review on Yelp and someone from Six Bends (now Rockstar) responded and wanted me to call so they could "make it right". After going back and forth with her (she had to have time to investigate things) she said she wanted to send me a store credit but could I "change the review". Told her I wouldn't change the review but I could update it after getting the store credit. Never heard back from them nor have I ever received the store credit.
Update: finally went into store. The person that called about my review did provide a store credit for the difference. However, it was more like she was doing me some type of favor. Never heard a sorry, this won t happen again or we will do better next time . I m just grateful there is a good Harley dealer a few miles north!

The dealer is big and has a lot of beutiful bikes. The girls in motorclothes are very attentive and can answer any questions you have even if is not from there department. Leysha and Zulia were very easy to work with. Will make this my go to dealer !
Advertise free bar by and cheap beer starting at 12:00 got there they were selling $15.00 meal tickets and $3.00 beers and not good english from worker selling tickets. Will not be going back

The sales staff @ Rock Star HD was very professional yet still personable. Danny me us and listened to what we were looking for in a touring bike; showed us all the different options we mentioned. I met Mike, Danny's Sales Mgr (I think, sorry can't recall last name). Mike was very knowledgeable about the bikes we were considering. We eliminated down to two bikes. Mike rolled the bikes outside for us to look at in the sunlight. He was right when he said you get a much better view of the color outside. We selected a new CVO Limited. After a test ride I came back all smiles. I was given a very fair trade in on my Ultra Classic and we rode home on our new CVO. Life is good @ Rock Star HD.
While waiting for the administrative paperwork and getting the bike serviced, Mike took us through the dealership to meet the key people we would be working with for Service-Travis, motor clothes-Savannah, Mike in parts, and Tina who is a service writer. Savannah spent time with us assisting with helmets (not all HD helmets will accept the HD Boom intercom system). After a couple of tries we found what we needed. Tina was so nice to help set up the helmets to the bike and paring them. Mike assisted in selecting some new parts for our purchase. Travis was good to explain the service department and routine maintenance. We purchased the VIP maintenance program which will save us and HD time and money down the road.
Then entire staff was great to work with. Looking forward to working with them as we ride on down the road
I have had a Harley parked in my garages since my first one in 1971. I stopped in today to see if Six Bends would be interested in buying my current bike. A 2010 Rocker C in perfect condition with significant upgrades including Screamin Eagle for the engine. The offer was $4.500.00. You would have been better off telling me you had no interest rather then clearly showing me you are willing to rip off a life long customer. This bike will never see another Harley shop.

Tried to work a deal on a used bike through the internet. Started off well and then salesman tried to steer me to a new bike. 3 days later used bike I was interested was listed as a blowout reduced almost $1800. No follow up or anything from the dealer, called back and bike was entering a deal. Asked for price on a new bike similar and was told they sell higher than MSRP on those bikes every day. So no discount was offered. Don't waste your time. FYI. I have owned a new Harley every 2 years for the last 8 years.

Me and my wife were at rockstar last weekend and bought a couple hundred dollars worth of clothes. And were given a couple of gift certificates to use on black Friday weekend. Went in to use them and was told we had to use them in the department that gave them to us. It clearly says right on the certificate we could use on clothes parts or accessory was really disappoint when told otherwise.
Chloe is absolutely awesome she is very professional and extremely kind.
