That is the first Nannies in Africa I enjoy to go eat there every weekend.

It's the first Nandos which was ever built in SA (that's like eating on a monument). They serve well cooked food and don't keep you waiting for hours on end.

so with Nandos a chicken quarter is basically a baby chicken quarter.
so my leg is a mere 10cm. so if its delivery we get baby chickens.

This is actually daylight robbery to serve this. a waste of my hard earned money.
I hope the owner reads this and get back to me. I have pictures to prove my statement.

Better than any other nandos I've been to, customer service was amazing. The toilets are so clean... Impressed

It is new and interesting to take someone like your family or friends to .

I ordered food online like two hours ago, still hasn't arrived, i called like 10 times no answer. Worst service ever i deleted the app. No more ordering from nandos ever since this is the second time they doing this Bull

Staff know nothing about customer service, even the manager battled to explain the reason for the poor service.

Excellent service, one of the best eatery places in Rosentenville

Poor service!! We placed an order and went to collect after 15mins, we ended up staying there waiting for an additional 20 minutes. On reaching home, we realised that the order was missing some meals. At this point a cashier called us to inform us of missing meals. We went back to collect missing meals. To make matters worse, the chicken was UNDER COOKED blood oozing from the bones! Awful!! My kids hated it. We had to re heat and cooked it in oven. What an experience. Will never go there again!

This is a very clean place and the food is always amazing. The staff are friendly and I would recommend. 10/10
