Not very organised during NYE event and lacking staff that understand customer service. The 1/2 hour wait for the bumper car ride was a waste of time as everyone was asked to vacate premesis at just after 11pm in preparation for the fireworks display. This evacuation of the premesis was much earlier than advertised. They didn't seem to care and just ushered people out. Seemed some staff didn't understand the procedure or what was going on. The firework display at midnight however was awesome!

This place is fun for kids but my friend has a disabled baby we had to keep asking for help to open the lift and the staff just kept looking at us or saying you can open it yourself with a key all we wanted was the lift door open I don't think that's too much to ask, we were then down in the bottom part and as we were ready to leave they had blocked the lift off because they were changing a game but the game wasn't near the lift, we had asked if they would move the barricade because we had the baby and they point blank said no they wasn't nice about it they said nothing else and continued to talk to each other so we had to climb up all the stairs with a disabled baby in a chair with no help from any staff, they were so unprofessional and rude.

Positive: large selection of machines, something for everyone. The bowling alley, bumper cars and the bar are very cool features.

Negative: The coin pushers are too expensive for what's in there, as are the prices that can be exchanged for tickets (compared to Brighton Pier). The Clawmashines are far too limp, they don't lift anything at all. The dart machine can also be forgotten.

Conclusion:
Very cool to hang out with friends, but don't expect anything from the machines.

I really enjoy the times I come here. The arcade machines are well kept, the layout is clean and add bowling to this just makes it a really good place for a you and a few mates to meet up and have a laugh.

The bars is pretty reasonable and shows most live sports like football, tennis and athletics etc. Only downside is it doesn't have much variety in the drinks stocked.

I met him in 2014 and every time I come there for us to have real fun in the pool, tennis of the month, bowling, etc :. Apart from the super original decoration I can't help talking about.

Almost like a hidden gem of London. If you're on a date and it's going well, being them here so you can beat them at something, arrogantly rub it in their face and then tell them you "dont think you should see each other again because I only associate with winners."

This is a pretty cool arcade for the older kids. Has some fun attractions like simulators & bumper cars aswell as games. Games give out tickets to exchange for prizes. Not great however for the younger kids & if it's a warm day it's very hot & stuffy inside.

Been going here for years, since my teens. Plenty of machines to play, good fun and friendly staff. They have a pub on the lower floor with ping pong and snooker/pool too. Highly recommended for kids and adults alike.

Big and spacious arcade, but with a pretty poor selection of games. A lot of the machines are also poorly maintained (in need of cleaning!).

+ A lot of games
+ Friendly staff
+ Spacious locale with good atmosphere

- Selection of games is poor, with a lot of rail shooter cabinets from the early 2000s that barely run at 15fps
- Machines need to be cleaned more often. Controllers are greasy and disgusting
- Always busy!

The staff are an absolute great help, Namco has been around for many years and the staff help to make people s experience as fun as possible! A particularly great staff member I recommend for any purpose is RICKY!!!!! He is an absolutely awesome addition to the staff team and a great person to talk to.

It is a great place to have fun and competition with friends, specially the bowling game. It is good to go there if you're in the area and not coming specially for it.

They are serving costa coffee too and there is Mcdonalds for quick meal!!

Crowded, flashy, colorful. You can chill and have a beer downstairs, play an escape room, survive a laser labyrinth and of course try a lot of arcade machines (cool: Tomb Raider, Jurassic Park), even some in VR. Missing: Pinball tables. There is just one (Star Wars). I'd also loose the slot machines to make it more friendly towards younger ones.l, but still: Lots of fun to have here.

Hidden gem. Spent an awesome afternoon here. It's fun for both kids and adults and it's not crowded at all given it's central location. Plenty of games and prizes. They've got the usual arcade games, plus bowling, a Costa coffe shop and a sport's bar. Would highly recommend.

Great place to go for a day out. Right in the heart of london, on the South Bank. It sits right alongside the London Eye, Aquarium and London Dungeons. There are multiple floors of arcade games, small laser maze, bumper cars, a bowling alley, pool hall, table tennis and a sports bar. Free entry, so it's only as expensive as you want it to be. We visit regularly. Outside as well as the places mentioned above you can visit The Palace of Westminster and on Fridays watch the street performers along the South Bank.
