If you're specifically looking to visit an arcade don't come here. If you happen to be in the area with your friends and you wanna play a couple games go for it. DO NOT USE THE BOWLING ALLEYS ON THE MAIN FLOOR, they are cramped, will eat your money and do not even work properly. There are better lanes downstairs. Honestly I'm surprised this place is still open seeing as they are clearly putting no effort into developing this place.

If you want covid and are short of time, visit here. If you do break house convention and actually wear a mask, just wear it over your chin like the staff here. Otherwise it's just a standard amusements hall. Better to visit after the pandemic.

Despite being the largest in London, it is very much the lack of classic machines and the owner is a bit poor, I have been another smaller where they are more fun, positive points is that it has bowling

I was delighted, has everything, even a bar, pool tables and ping pong, bumper cars, etc. The location is super well if you're in the center of London itself and want to do something different. Recommended!

This place has so much potential but is unfortunately let down by poor management. The bowling alleys are half length and falling to disrepair and they're not marked as 'out of order' when broken so they still let people play then move them after trying to play. The front line staff were good at handling the issues though and with a bit more investment this could be a place we'd revisit regularly but until they do that this wont be a first choice for us.

Been here a few times over the course of 5 years and basically if you love arcades, pool and a beer come here, the bar at the bottom also a good place to relax if you've been walking for long periods.

The arcade is a blast with a huge variety of games. However which machine's will actually be up and running when you go is always a gamble. Ticket machines are also usually not as fun, but there are some nice prizes to win.

Pretty decent place around the centre of London to go and have fun, they have bowling and lots of arcade games to play. Just something to do maybe in the evening after going around the city.

Really good fun for all the family. It's similar to an indoor funfair, something for everyone. Be warned though, you can easily end up spending a lot of money . Setting a budget for each child would be a good idea. Then let them choose how to spend it

Visited as part of a corporate bash, including food. Wasn't expecting a great deal, I assumed it'd be full of screaming children and it'd be terrible.

Presentations in the curtained off area we had was a little tricky; there wasn't a PA system and it is loud. We had a good space with pool tables and table-tennis, the food was really good!

Made for a good day, very impressed.

Really clean and well laid out, has a good variety of games and machines to play. The downfall was the cost of most of the games, such a ripoff. The ticket counters never worked while we where there either. Good place if you want to spend a ton of money.

Great place to go with anyone - friends, family, dates, even been here for a work social - the downstairs area has a bar and decent food - bowling, pool, table tennis as well as screens showing sport. The arcade games are then spread out over three floors, almost everything you can imagine, including dodgems and an escape room. Can get busy on certain nights but usually always a few games unoccupied. Pay per game you play. Bring your own pound coins because the card machine charges 2 quid. Prizes a bit poor but that's not really what you go for. Great location, right next to the London eye, on the Thames, opposite Westminster, which gives a picturesque walk to the station. Staff friendly, zero complaints. A must do.

This place can only be described in one word. Horrific. We sat in the bar and ordered the share platter. While ordering we asked to take part in the escape room attraction. The staff member explained that as they were understaffed we couldn't use the room for another hour. We said we would wait as we wanted to eat and have a few drinks. The share platter came and we waited an hour.

When I went back to the bar staff over an hour later we were told they still couldn't accommodate us and asked us to try the next floor up for the escape room. We done that and paid immediately. After 10 mins a staff member took us up and asked us to sit in the waiting area for 5 minutes. 20 mins later she had disappeared.

We went back to the till we had paid at and the staff member here was very apologetic and helpful. She said she would have to ask her manager for a refund. She called him and when he came he was arrogant, unprofessional and downright rude. He was horrible to his staff and the customers. The place was very clearly understaffed with any staff members on shift frazzled from the levels of customers.

We told the manager the problems we had and he "shrugged" saying it wasn't his problem. I believe he may have to skim his job description again. He most definitely lost our business that day. We had been planning a celebration for our extended family with 30 adults and over 20 children and had decided the bowling and amusements would be perfect in Namco but we obviously won't be back.

To make matters worse, later that night myself and my sister both had stomach problems and were physically sick from the food we had ate. If it was possible I would give minus stars. I have never seen a more poorly managed establishment in this day and age. Absolutely awful!!

Very fun place to go, a real throwback to the 90's. Feels almost stuck in time, in the best way possible. Good selection of arcade games and other amusements, there is also a bar downstairs. Never been too busy when I've been although not dead quiet either. Highly recommend taking a group of friends here.

Had a great time in this place, loads of claw machines, coin pushers arcades and games. Bowling, escape room, bumper cars and a bar! Left with loads of prizes won from tickets, which is always a bonus!

I am not a reviewer but I thrive on other people's review to make my decision.
Most importantly looking for bad reviews and checking the responses made my the organisation .I find that most organizations do not tend to respond to bad reviews but always happy to jump on the good reviews by saying thank you. For me that is a red flag.Customers always come first and If a customer leaves just 1 bad reviews I will like to see the organisation respond and rectify that issue right there in black and white.
Anyway back to my review. It was a birthday party with my Son and his friends and part of the package I paid for was 17.95 with a "Dedicated party host". .we did not have dedicated party host . The lady barely introduced herself , she was meant to help organise , and coordinate the whole party, I thought that was what I paid for. She did not explain how the day was going to go especially around the times for each activity we found ourselves doing this on our own. When we had to go for the bumper cars I was expecting her to take us upstairs and show us around using the token/coin machines because we had about 10 kids some of them did not know how to operate this machines, there were no staff up there to coordinate so most of the machines just swallowed the coins without giving us any games .

The kids were hungry and we decided to go back to our dedicated tables hopefully get them to have lunch .our Supposed host was nowhere to be found . Eventually she came around and said we had only 20mins left for the party. I said but you didn't tell me.kids had their food . Which I help coordinate and also the cake was overseen by myself.
All in all the experience was not Great but saying we will have a dedicated host to help with the party is not true at all. Because I was the host, the organiser, the coordinator. .the only thing you provided was the party area to sit .

I will not be going back to this place for a party package. I think it's ok for the bowling and stuff then take them to macdonalds to have the meal. Because the package is just not worth it as you will run the party yourself.

I am been generous with my 2 stars.

It's great they thought of really everything!
Too bad there aren't many everywhere
I highly recommend
Be careful however to plan a budget if you go there with several
