If your going to use this company, Ida McMurry is their best asset. Incredible realtor. Our experience with her was over the top. We bought an inexpensive property that turned out to be a huge headache. To many title issues to list. Ida worked so hard on a deal that payed very little commission. Deal took eight months to settle. She was incredible.

they asked us to to things and then they would undo them without our knowledge, asked us to hire a title ins company, we did, then a day later they changed it, then settlement was cancelled an hour prior because the company they hired to do the title insurance forgot to do it, they would ask us to sign documents and return them, even hours before settlement, and then at settlement there were completely different documents used. We asked for our contract to be sent prior so we could have a lawyer review it before settlement, we showed up and there was a completely different contract, with something that is this important, it should not be like this, it was a nightmare dealing with this company!
